Staff were friendly and infomative and helpful when approached. The morning buffet was open for both early and late risers and had a good assortment of options for all (especially kids), and I would also pack a bit extra to cover lunch/snacks for the rest of the day. The lobby was welcoming, connected to a restaurant/lounge with good food options for dining out in the evening. Rooms were clean, no signs of bed bugs during ou3 3 night stay. The pool was clean, quiet - fun for the kids - and again, open long hours. The gym looked great but I had no time to use with the kids around. Location was also directly next door to the Strong Museum which was fun for the kids. Overall, great hotel option!

Parking- small parking lot and one time we didn't have space - staff was great though because we then parked at The Strong Museum and hotel validated the parking the next day. Pool - my husband's only complaint was that the pool wasn't outdoors.

The hotel is lovely and in a good location. The restaurant is exceptional. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of choices. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping left the room immaculate. The best part of the stay was the friendly and accommodating Front Desk staff, who helped me in a variety of ways, including providing a shuttle ride to the train and to my downtown work location. Above and beyond; I was overwhelmed. Thank you. Next time I have business in Rochester, I will be staying with you.

The King bed in my room was a little lumpy and creaky. WiFi was sporadic and could not always be accessed.

To start i love the security system to get acces to the rooms. The breakfast was so good! Love all the features and furniture in our room the bathroom supplies like the shampoo and lotion for your convenience is gratifying the hotel in all deserves the 5 stars

The only thing was one of the staff in the reception was not that kind of a sweet person. And our room service was poor we remove our bed sheets to be changed and when we came back the bed was with the same sheets with a stain my husband accidentally spill. Other then that everything good!

Friendly staff, very very clean, spacious rooms.

The breakfast was ok. Not bad but not exceptional. However, there were three hot elements to breakfast every day and on several occasions there was no hot offering other than toast that didn’t include meat. My wife is pescatarian so the best she was able to do on the days she could have anything other than boiled eggs and toast was scrambled egg.

Tanner at the front desk was the best. She told us everything we needed to know and signed me up for loyalty points. I liked the space, the pool, gym and restaurant. Very clean and modern.

There were no real dishes, cutlery or glasses at breakfast which made it seem cheap and wasteful. Please cut down on waste by using real dishes to avoid so much plastic waste. Focus more on sustainability.

The room was clean.The bathroom was amazing.It was really nice.

The location of the television made it hard to watch while in bed.The tv did not swing out all the way. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but unfortunately the balcony was extremely dirty, so we could not utilize it. There were children running up-and-down the hallway, banging on a door in the middle of the night so it made it hard to sleep. So we opted out of staying till checkout, and we left early.

Booking.com listed a family room with 2 Queens, 2 Twins, and 2 Bunk beds. This location does not have a room with those arrangements in its facility. After getting to our room, I inquired as to why the room wasn’t what I booked, the staff member said they didn’t have the room listed on booking.com. She said they have called booking.com several times to have them update their site. Even though it was not the facilities fault, they went above and beyond to accommodate my family. They provided us an adjoining room at no extra cost.

we travel to meet friends to go to the museum of play. The location was absolutely perfect, and our kids were able to use the pool in the morning and in the evening, which was big enough to support many families. The breakfast was above average and the checkout and in was very smooth with very, accommodating workers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I am planning to return i am so impressed with this hotel is so clean even the air feels fresh the security for accessing the rooms you must have the key in order to use the elevator to get to your room. The room was so clean , loved the bathroom and the sliding door with a mirror plus the amenities, the breakfast was delicious! I really loved the hotel!

Best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at! Staff were very friendly, excellent breakfast, the bar was very nice and the Thursday night jazz was unexpected and very good! Location was nice for the wedding we came in to town for. Also easy access to numerous walking/running trails!!
