Fantastic location for the airport. Only took us 5 minutes to walk from hotel to terminal. Staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful. Christmas decorations were beautiful. Just loved the hotel. Breakfast started at 4 am which was brilliant as we could have food before our flight at 6.30am. Will definitely be staying there again with my family.

I along with family and friends have stayed here several times. In any service business you are only as good as your weaker members of staff, and the staff at this hotel are consistently excellent. Not only are they extremely good at empathising with a variety of guests, it is a cliché but they really do go the extra mile to look after these guests who are often tired and/or stressed due to travel. I would like to particularly mention one of the team on reception (and serving in the restaurant too ?), a gentleman who I believe is Polish, who I have found is consistently unflappable despite the unreasonable requests of difficult guests such as me ! As just a small example, he actually signed me up as a Hilton Honours member - something that others on reception have failed to do despite asking me to provide an e-mail address so that they could then check (but then did not follow through) Good choice and quality of food and drink. Short walk to the Terminal.

The rooms are a little tired, and the showers need an upgrade.

The room had a very comfortable bed and the shower was really good. It was quiet. It was so close to the airport that I could have stayed in bed a little longer! I think I might do that next time!

My flight was very early and the night before I left, I was told I could collect a breakfast bag to take with me. The bag contained a piece of fruit, a sugary cereal bar, juice and no gluten free croissant that I had been told they would provide. Even with the gluten free croissant, this is hardly a filling meal to take. I also felt it would have been good to have been offered a wake up call so that I didn't need to worry I would sleep through the alarm. I didn't think of this until I had already gone to bed.

Lovely staff. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were all very accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the location is a short stroll from departures. Perfect for a 6am flight! The food for dinner was absolutely delicious. It is surprisingly quiet (minimal plane noise/ noise from other guests) which was great as it meant we could have a good night's rest.

The rooms are snug if you (like us!) have a lot of luggage. We had pre-booked parking but I would warn you that the charges for the car park are extortionate. I think that is Bristol Airport's jurisdiction, not the hotel group though. The directions for a takeaway bag for early breakfast were a bit mixed. On check in, the receptionist advised us we could have a takeaway bag made up ready and made a note of this, but when we asked the team the following morning, they said there weren't enough pre-filled bags so they just gave us empty bags to fill ourselves.

The property was clean and convenient to Bristol airport although there is a slight walk too the terminal so if you have mobility issues I would recommend using the shuttle bus as its all uphill from hotel to airport. The staff were friendly and helpful but it is very over priced for food and drinks. This is too be expected at an airport but just bear in mind when booking here as we ended up spending alot before we even left for holiday. The rooms are comfortable and clean but for £175 a night i would expect more as it is pretty basic but again I think you are paying for location as opposed too the actual property. All in all if you have an early flight it is a good place too stay with great staff and nice food but just a bit pricey for what you get.

The receptionist was lovely Be VERY careful not to park outside the car park if being dropped off. Even for 30 seconds. Seriously. We got ‘busted’ and it spoilt the night. Also the hotel car park has parking for residents for an hour for free. This is NOT obvious from the signage. Be aware. Other than that - standard issue airport hotel and v close to the terminal. Expensive but that’s par for the course

Great service, friendly, efficient receptionists, easy check-in, and check- out. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfy. I was chilly and asked for an extra duvet, which was delivered within minutes to my room. Despite the airport location, it was very quiet, which enabled a great night's sleep before an early flight. There is a great choice for breakfast from 5 am. The hotel is opposite the terminal, making it super convenient for pre/ post-flight stay. Highly recommend.

Only provide Yorkshire tea or Coffee as standard in room. No decaf or herbal teas. I phoned Reception and they kindly brought a herbal teabag to my room. Great service.

Staff were friendly and great. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. It would be nice to have a protein food like omelette on the menu.

The signs on the gate to the car park were terrifying so because of the £60 fine, my disabled husband and I were dropped off a good distance away, for a charge, in the airport car park, only to struggle back down again with luggage. It later turned out that the gate signs had a sub clause saying that up to one hour drop off was free. Please could you immediately change these signs to say that 1 hour plus incurs a charge and that hotel guests dropping off for up to one hour are free. Please put up a Blue Badge Sign. Please alert all your guests of facilities for the disabled, in the prebooking and post booking information.

The room was very nice, bright, clean and comfortable. The shower took about 60 seconds to heat up but after that it was perfect. Great night sleep - comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing but the dining area was a tad stuffy / warm, probably the heat coming from the kitchens. But everything was 100%. The staff were smiling, friendly and excellent. I do consultancy for hospitality firms so I am always looking for things which need improvement and this is a great hotel.

Modern, clean, and spacious. Cannot wait to fly from Bristol again just for an excuse to stay here again. All staff and managers were so kind and were always happy to help and talk. 24/7 room service with great meal choices, a snack and drink stand, and a brilliant seating area with private booths. Breakfast was great, which was complimentary, so many choices and delicious! The beds were so comfy, and it was very quiet, I definitely struggled to wake up after sleeping. The bathroom was great, and probably one of the best showers (which was also a walk in!) I've ever had. It also had an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a usb in every single socket in the room, which made it so easy to charge your phone anywhere. Definitely stay here!

The only thing that I disliked is that the bathroom sliding doors did not have a lock, which when I was staying with friends was sometimes awkward. Everything else was perfect.
