Fantastic location for the airport. Only took us 5 minutes to walk from hotel to terminal. Staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful. Christmas decorations were beautiful. Just loved the hotel. Breakfast started at 4 am which was brilliant as we could have food before our flight at 6.30am. Will definitely be staying there again with my family.

Friendly check in staff, and easy check in. It's a very short walk from the short stay car park which is far cheaper then the hotels car park. Didn't eat there, but the food looked good. Obviously expensive being an airport hotel. Didn't once hear a plane, despite the close location to the runway. A comfortable room with all you need. The continental breakfast was very nice with a good choice, and someone re-stocking etc despite the very early hour.

Value for money. I appreciate you pay a premium for the location, but £180 for 1 night in a standard room is excessive. Especially as no one will be hanging around in the morning as they will have a plane to catch. I've stayed in similar quality premier inns at half that price.

When we first walked in, we thought wow! Love the decor & the layout. The young lady who checked us in was welcoming & extremely helpful. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean & well equipped with toiletries. Being right next to the airport, you could not hear any planes coming or going once inside the hotel. Perfect for a good night's sleep before an early flight. We enjoyed the food, well presented & yummy. A young male server with glasses who took our order was attentive & ever so kind to myself & other guests. We left at 4am & had the opportunity to take food/drink with us, we enjoyed our croissants on the plane!! We will be booking again next May.

There is a little wear & tear in the lobby area, but it did not affect our stay. If anything, it just makes you feel a little more sympathetic toward the struggling hospitality industry. For one night's stay, the cost is a little steep, but we will book again due to the convenience of where this hotel is. Was lovely to leave car at Silverzone the day before our early flight. Despite the little dislikes, the wonderful staff, food, cleanliness & our room has definitely won us over.

I along with family and friends have stayed here several times. In any service business you are only as good as your weaker members of staff, and the staff at this hotel are consistently excellent. Not only are they extremely good at empathising with a variety of guests, it is a cliché but they really do go the extra mile to look after these guests who are often tired and/or stressed due to travel. I would like to particularly mention one of the team on reception (and serving in the restaurant too ?), a gentleman who I believe is Polish, who I have found is consistently unflappable despite the unreasonable requests of difficult guests such as me ! As just a small example, he actually signed me up as a Hilton Honours member - something that others on reception have failed to do despite asking me to provide an e-mail address so that they could then check (but then did not follow through) Good choice and quality of food and drink. Short walk to the Terminal.

The rooms are a little tired, and the showers need an upgrade.

The room had a very comfortable bed and the shower was really good. It was quiet. It was so close to the airport that I could have stayed in bed a little longer! I think I might do that next time!

My flight was very early and the night before I left, I was told I could collect a breakfast bag to take with me. The bag contained a piece of fruit, a sugary cereal bar, juice and no gluten free croissant that I had been told they would provide. Even with the gluten free croissant, this is hardly a filling meal to take. I also felt it would have been good to have been offered a wake up call so that I didn't need to worry I would sleep through the alarm. I didn't think of this until I had already gone to bed.

The property was clean and convenient to Bristol airport although there is a slight walk too the terminal so if you have mobility issues I would recommend using the shuttle bus as its all uphill from hotel to airport. The staff were friendly and helpful but it is very over priced for food and drinks. This is too be expected at an airport but just bear in mind when booking here as we ended up spending alot before we even left for holiday. The rooms are comfortable and clean but for £175 a night i would expect more as it is pretty basic but again I think you are paying for location as opposed too the actual property. All in all if you have an early flight it is a good place too stay with great staff and nice food but just a bit pricey for what you get.

Lovely staff. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were all very accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the location is a short stroll from departures. Perfect for a 6am flight! The food for dinner was absolutely delicious. It is surprisingly quiet (minimal plane noise/ noise from other guests) which was great as it meant we could have a good night's rest.

The rooms are snug if you (like us!) have a lot of luggage. We had pre-booked parking but I would warn you that the charges for the car park are extortionate. I think that is Bristol Airport's jurisdiction, not the hotel group though. The directions for a takeaway bag for early breakfast were a bit mixed. On check in, the receptionist advised us we could have a takeaway bag made up ready and made a note of this, but when we asked the team the following morning, they said there weren't enough pre-filled bags so they just gave us empty bags to fill ourselves.

The receptionist was lovely Be VERY careful not to park outside the car park if being dropped off. Even for 30 seconds. Seriously. We got ‘busted’ and it spoilt the night. Also the hotel car park has parking for residents for an hour for free. This is NOT obvious from the signage. Be aware. Other than that - standard issue airport hotel and v close to the terminal. Expensive but that’s par for the course

Thought alcoholic drinks were very pricey panotone bike in gym would have been great to use but apparently you can't use it on peddle manual with no screen working but the rest off the gym was great, looking forward to my stay on Thursday better then expected

Great service, friendly, efficient receptionists, easy check-in, and check- out. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfy. I was chilly and asked for an extra duvet, which was delivered within minutes to my room. Despite the airport location, it was very quiet, which enabled a great night's sleep before an early flight. There is a great choice for breakfast from 5 am. The hotel is opposite the terminal, making it super convenient for pre/ post-flight stay. Highly recommend.

Only provide Yorkshire tea or Coffee as standard in room. No decaf or herbal teas. I phoned Reception and they kindly brought a herbal teabag to my room. Great service.
