I was up with my family for my graduation ( yes, mine at age 76). The staff, a superb team, were so welcoming and kind and made me feel very special. We had a delicious meal for 11 and that too was well.organised and a pleasure. . Your staff, noticeably a great" team" ,take pride.and pleasure in their various rôles, interacting with guests in a delightful way, contributing beautifully to the welcoming atmosphere. Great location! Suoer comfy bed . . slept like a top! Cannot wait to revisit! Well done all of you! And thank you!

I have no negatives! In fact the only thing I didn't like was having to check out!

Very pleasant and helpful reception staff. Was staying as going to watch Coldplay. Lady on the desk explained a local bus option to get to the venue and return locally. At breakfast the staff member told us what options available and she sat us at a nice table. On checking out the lady at reception was another upbeat member. All staff lovely. The room was nice only gripe was a few fabric stains on a chair side of bed, and on the carpet. Nothing we couldn't live with but an observation and I think a quick rub down and these issues would be quickly dealt with. As I've said didn't impact our experience at all. Bed comfortable nice view, refrigerator in the room, shower or bath options. Location was ideal and a short walk to bus and train concourse and town centre. Restaurants and bars also in walking distance. Lovely location.

As mentioned a few stains in the room we had which are quickly picked up on and for all this didn't impact our stay at all for more sensitive people they may make a mountain out of a molehill. You can never make a second first impression. Walking back through a quiet town centre late at night, lots of non English young men shouting in a foreign language and cycling around. Older people or single women may find this worrying.

Friendly staff, clean hotel/room, nice view of the marina, close to motorway (hardly any traffic heard). Close to a small shopping complex as well as close to the town centre. Breakfast was included with the final room price, which was a bonus. Didn't use it on the 1st morning as we overslept (got to hotel after midnight). We will definitely use it again while we are on the house hunt.

We got a room with no air con, so the room was so warm. The first night was unbearable, but we managed to make 2nd night work by using a fan & balcony door being open(couldn't open It 1st night) Chargeable parking should have been free for overnight guests instead of a £10 per night fee.

Bathrooms could do with updating and carpets could do with a bit of a clean in some areas .had same drinks on Saturday night and Sunday charged different prices.had. To ask staff about what meals we could have as we went half board did it include starters or pudding.receptionist told us we should have been told by restraunt staff at the beginning of our stay.what half board meals entailed .light out in bedroom..

We had another fantastic stay returning to the Holiday Inn Hull Marina. The location is perfect — right on the marina and close to everything. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The staff at reception are always welcoming and friendly, and on this visit, a young chap named Ondrej in the bar/restaurant really stood out. He couldn’t do enough for us and made our experience extra special. We also enjoyed a great breakfast on the morning of departure. Looking forward to our next visit!

We upgraded to a premier balcony room which was good value for money. It was very clean and had good space and it was nice to have an iron rather than having to call room service for one, which is now generally the case. Staff were absolutely excellent - all staff throughout. Very impressed. The lady who checked us in was exceptional. Unusual that all staff are so good. They would definitely make us return. Location is fantastic 5 mins walk to great eateries and theatre.

The “balcony” room is actually more of a half balcony and you cannot sit out in it which is a shame but that’s just the building, nothing you can do. Breakfast was not good quality and definitely not worth £14 a head. Get some decent coffee, bread, bacon and sausage it’s letting things down. Would not have breakfast next time. The Malbec we had in the bar was undrinkable and we both left it. Everything else was very good.

Very clean & staff were all exceptionally friendly & professional. Stephen was extremely helpful on the phone after i made my booking, explaining that the hotel doesnt have walk in showers but could give us an accessible room that had a lower bath so easier to get into to have a shower. this worked ok. also, giving us free parking due to having a blue badge was a nice touch too! thanks!

the bed was too small. we have a super king size at home so a queen size is v v small. unfortunately a king size was unavailable. Maybe in future twin beds, might be better.

Bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and was so nice. Our doggy joined us for breakfast and had her own little cooked breakfast as well. We had our evening meal there and I had sea bass which was one of the best cooked sea bass I've had. Everything was really nice would definitely stay again.

Not enough plug sockets for 2 phones to be charged, hairdryer, and there was a small fridge in the room but wasn't plugged in because I'm assuming there wasn't enough sockets unless you plugged it into where the kettle was plugged in instead of the kettle.

The location was excellent very close to the city centre and right on the marina, a good choice for breakfast and flexible times to have breakfast, Staff were friendly and professional, the hotel was very clean, the room had all the amenities you need, really liked the blackout curtains.

We booked a room with a queen size double bed and a couch with a pull out double mattress, but we were given a single bed couch with no pull out mattress which was a bit hard to sleep on.

Room lovely for what my friend and I needed. Beautiful location. Nice food places a short walk away. Parking made the trip much nicer knowing the car wasn't far away. Plenty of spaces. Room had a bath which wasn't used during this stay, but was nice to have the option. Managed to check in early which was fantastic. (12:00 rather than 14:00)

There was a peanut under one of the chairs other than that room was spotless. No USB charging ports, had to plug my charger into the back of the TV to charge as I'd forgotten my USB plug, again not major but would have expected a USB port somewhere other than the TV.
