Great hospitality especially from people at the front, they were very welcoming and warm

Rooms are too small. Bathroom is shockingly small. Not many options in the mini bar. Rooms could do with upgrading and reflect on the prices

While check in, the receptionist was not even smiling like he was forced to do the check in. Also, while check out i was shocked about the room revenue service charges for all nights which is a hidden costs and not been captured in the booking. I tried to understand why is that and it was not even mentioned in the hotel policies.

All staff were so polite and attentive. Reception answer immediately, addressing you with the correct pronunciation of your name, and solve any request. Melissa gave us a warm welcome and smooth check-in. The gentleman at checkout was equally kind and made sure I got my free drink that I had not claimed during my stay. Special thanks to Jose at the bar who made the best off-menu cocktail called an "old cuban", and his colleague who served me the best complimentary olives, nuts and crisps ever. The best thing is the room service, served on mobile tables with silver service. Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Thank you to the wonderful ladies at the Spa, which is the most luxurious spa I've ever visited with the most heavenly fragrance in the air. The massage was the best. The mini me spa for accompanied 10-16 year olds is so unique and much needed. My daughter was so grateful for a perfect experience. Will be back xx

Too many good things to be concerned with small imperfections. Nothing in life is perfect. Great London hotel.

Excellent Location, Excellent Breakfast, very Friendly Staff I am very happy with this stay, the hotel location is excellent, Buckingham Place is in a walking distance( about 15 minutes by walking), Hyde park, James park, all very close; Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben all in a half hour walking distance. British Museum is not far also. I am specially very happy for the breakfast! Even I have tried many breakfasts with a big choices, this one is my favorite. The choice is not big, but each one is delicious! The staff is very friendly and effective also, they replied email first, and provide their services when they can, for example, they allowed an early check and a free kid bed. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the bathroom is very elegant but a little old fashioned.

The room was lovely with an extra large bed and sofa. The staff were extremely helpful and made my birthday extra special by upgrading us, giving us a complimentary drink from the bar and also a lovely birthday cake. The breakfast had plenty of choice and our waiter went above and beyond. Clearing our used plates immediately and checking on us. Very central and I would definitely love to stay here again.

We live in a rural area so the road noise at night was a little noticeable but as we were by a busy junction it was to be excepted. We still managed to sleep well and this wouldn’t deter me from booking again.

- As per my request, I got a room that was far from the elevators with a nice view of Hyde Park. - Nice amenities in the room. - Staff are very kind. - Luggage storage after check-out. - Was able to check in early as my room was available already.

- I stayed in one of the not yet renovated rooms, which was as requested, and fine and nice. However, one thing that was really bothersome was the acoustics. The doors are slamming wood on wood. This is an easy fix by adding some silicone and the doors wouldn't be slamming so much anymore. I was unlucky, on my floor some guy kept going in and out at 3 am and there was no chance not to wake up. I'd have understanding if it's some cheap hotel, but considering the rates at this hotel, it is entirely inacceptable. - Elevator's sometimes don't work... - I had asked for a late check-out the evening before my departure (by 2 hours later). The lady at the front desk had confirmed it to me. The next time, I had twice someone knock on my door to check-out. Not very well organized.

Brefast was good even if a little disorganised

Elevators are extremely frustrating, there a 4 of them, yet they take forever to arrive, it has been the same all stays

The room was a reasonable size. The breakfast was superb and the staff overall were very good and helpful.The location was excellent because we were visiting Hyde Park for concerts.

Unfortunately when we got back to our room after the concert we discovered something had been taken from our room. The hotel replaced it but it was a hassle late at night that we didn't need and it took the shine off our weekend away.

The location was absolutely perfect for our weekend as we were attending 2 concerts for BST Hyde Park on Friday and Saturday for my birthday, Hyde Park is directly opposite the hotel. Hyde park tube station directly outside so getting there from Euston was a breeze. It was also an easy walk to Buckingham palace, Knightsbridge, Park Lane etc. We decided to have room service a few times over the weekend and food was excellent and good speedy service too. If we were to be lucky enough to get tickets for BST in 2024, I will definately be staying there again without question.
