Property is good location, staff are friendly and helpful. Won't stay on ground floor again can hear alot of corridor noise compared to when we've stayed on higher floors overall clean, good customer service have stayed more than once and would stay again!

The breakfast had a lovely selection from cereals, pastries, yougurts to full cooked breakfast. The hotel is right next to the main shopping area, restaurants and bars. We were attending our daughters graduation and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They let us check in early and we’d paid a little extra to have balloons put in the room which turned out to be a bunch of flowers, a helium balloon, a small bottle of procecco, a little cake with congratulations written on the plate and a little card. Our daughter was delighted and such a special touch! We had complimentary late check out as well. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - especially the lady behind the desk who organised our room - so big thank you to her!!

I enjoyed the stay at this Hilton. I really liked the attitude of staff. Special thanks to front office manager Myrella Garcia Sanchez. She was amazingly professional, fast, very kind and attentive during check-in process and at later stages. Generally, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect. Breakfasts offer good variety and excellent taste. I also used the health club (swimming pool and sauna) and enjoyed it very much.

The only drawback was location of my room on the sixth floor. The lift goes to the 5th floor and then you need to pass throng a labyrinth of doors and corridors to the sixth floor.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Digital checkin and check out using the app and keyless door entry again using the app. Room was very clean and had the most amazing shower and huge bed with very comfortable bedding. Brilliant black out curtains. Good up to date hairdryer that dried my hair super fast. Always a plus. Use of the pool and spa facilities which were excellent additions, everything was super clean and staff very helpful too. My only gripe. We stayed in a king size room. Our mirror faced the wall in a small space so I wasn’t able to put the stool there to do my make up. I don’t like doing it in the bright bathroom light nor to dry my hair. I ended up doing it in the camera of my phone using the bed side table. We didn’t have a spare table in our room. As there was no addition room for a chair or table. We found waiting for lifts in the morning took a long time due to the staff being busy with their jobs as I am neurodivergent and physical disabilities I found this hard on my body to wait and when we did get in the lift people and staff squashed them self’s in. It’s an old building and I understand it can only have so many lifts. Also the tv was very hit and miss what it showed. The pic was terrible. There was no instructions. Only gripes

The service is exceptional, the location is close to all of the shops etc and swimming pool was great the kids loved having a pool at the hotel which the enjoyed on both days. Breakfast was well stocked with a good choice of items. The room was clean and well prepared. We would definitely stay again.

There was a problem with check in which ment my partner had to wait an hour after the check in time with our baby to check in as there were no towels in the room. Fortunately one of the staff seen my partner waiting for so long and just checked her into another room otherwise I'm unsure how long she would have been waiting for. The floorboards are really squeaky and made alot of noise but luckily we wasn't in the room to much so hopefully didn't disturb the people below with the kids running around.

The location and staff service on arrival, one of the rooms was very good, roomy, clean and tidy. The reception area is very welcoming and roomy with lots of seating available. The hotels is very central and close to most other amenities.

I booked two rooms and asked for them to be close together they were not as were on different floors. The room i stayed in was big clean and very good, however the second room although clean was very small. The sofas in the reception need updating as they are quite mature now.

Hospitality at its finest! Enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Comfy beds, fluffy towels and plenty of tea and coffee. Location is fabulous, right in the centre of town. Breakfast was wonderful, large variety and piping hot. The highlight was the reception staff, they couldn’t do enough for us. A special mention for Nickolas on reception, so warm and welcoming, we look forward to our next stay. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one. Nikolas, you are a credit to the hospitality team. We highly recommend Hilton Nottingham, it’s a gem.

Easy to book in. We arrived early. Both rooms were well appointed & spotlessly clean, with good lights & linen.The towels were fluffy & great driers. Our rooms were at the back of the hotel, which was perfect for us as it was quiet. The extra safety catch on each room door was wonderful - it is the first time I have felt totally safe Nia hotel room. breakfast was delicious- plenty of choice & delicious! All the staff were helpful, friendly & professional. The central location was perfect for us as we were attending a concert - short walk for us.

The hotel is very centrally located and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. They gave us a glass of prosecco on arrival when they heard it was one of birthdays.

The hotel sent us instructions (and a video) on finding the car park by navigating the one way system in Nottingham. Even though we had watched the video we still missed the car park. In the end on the third lap of he town centre we opted for a commercial car park and walked a long way to the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional, the receptionist Winifred was fantastic. We even receievd a glass of bubbly upon arrival. We loved the swimming facilities also, very relaxing and easy to check in and out. I would absolutely recommend the breakfast addition to your stay, highly enjoyed it. We loved how close the location of the hotel was to the victoria centre and train station.

I would only ask all rooms to include robes, I would have loved one to take to the pool on the way down.
