Standard Double Tree experience. Decent sized comfortable rooms with everything you need. Clean and tidy and food was good. I didnt have breakfast but evening meal was decent. Car park no charged extra which makes a nice change these days.

Please give invoices on check out, please also train your staff on VAT invoices and how it works with Booking.com. Hilton are the only chain that have this problem. When I requested via email through booking.com I did get the invoice but I want it when I check out. Your staff were very helpful in trying to sort it and emailed after to follow up, all of which wouldnt be necessary if you just gave customers the invoice on checkout.

Superb clean comfortable good sized room with a fantastic drench shower. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of variety both hot and cold plus the opportunity to have made to order omelettes. One other nice touch was warm cookies offered as you checked into the hotel. Picked this place after our usual hotel in the centre had closed down and although this is a little bit further away it's a fairly easy and straightforward 20-25 minute walk into the centre and also on a bus route . We got a taxi back Saturday night and that wasn't too expensive All the staff we encountered were excellent and would definitely be happy to stay here again

A small thing by way of feedback. A suggestion, not a complaint. There was only one small qr code in room to link to guest info, which I didn't see until nearly the end of our stay as it was on the opposite bedside table to where I was sleeping. Need these on the desk or dressing table as well. Hard copies in room would be helpful for people who don't use technology. Some info like breakfast times hard to find.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and it had windows that open, which is important for me. I loved the Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious.

Is was clean spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely warm welcome. Staff were friendly and polite. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and this was nice and nice selection to choose from.

Our room was very hot, got very warm over night when sleeping. We did turn off the heating but felt it was still very warm. It’s a minor thing. Some of the furniture in the public areas (more the sofas) were a bit dated, leather was peeling. This is no fault at the service from the staff we received but the service was slow/delayed (not enough staff to serve) and also ran out of certain drinks. It was exceptionally busy when we stayed which we know was down to a large event (cheerleading) going on and we were part of that event, plus it being a valentines weekend. It has not affected me wanting to return again in the future. Which we have rebooked to return in June for another event.

The room size and layout, plus cleanliness and comfort. The ambience of the hotel was excellent, we liked the ground floor layout. The breakfasts were superb, great selection and quality.

All the staff were very young and inexperienced, didn't seem any senior people around. bar staff seemed particularly busy and panicking, needed a level, cool head around. I didn't like the thought of booking up to go in the swimming pool, restricted access, we have children who love swimming, plus a busy schedule.

The breakfast was very well done , Bed was okay but we doubt that the bedsheets were changed everyday as my wife developed rashes on her hand , the room was fine also. The location was nice .

The towels were given extra on the first day however on the next two days there was reduced number of towels for the entire family and the biggest let down was that there was no fridge . Parking was not included through booking.com and we had ro pay separately.

Plenty of room in the carpark. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated and stylish. Free cookies on arrival were a nice touch.

The room appeared to have air conditioning, however it wasn’t working, but there was a freestanding fan in the cupboard. The floor of the room we were in had a very slight rumbling that must’ve been caused by something to do with the building’s heating or ventilation system, but it didn’t impact the stay at all. We sometimes like to listen to music on YouTube, but although the TV was a smart Samsung, the smart features weren’t accessible due to the hotel software on the TV.

It was very convenient to get to and fairly close to everywhere we wanted to go. We were greeted warmly. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom very updated and modern. We appreciated everything that was offered in the room. The beds were very comfortable. I am so glad that the hotel offered fans in the room because it was really warm and the fans kept the air moving. We had the included breakfast and we were well-fed! We were able to eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel which saved us a bunch of driving around. Would definitely stay here again.

Just that the room was hot, but this must be a common complaint because we had 2 fans in the closet that we were able to hook up. No other complaints.

Exceptional service, both in the hotel and at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Tyler at the bar. Sam and his colleague were amazing when we had to request to change the bed linen as one member of my party was allergic to feathers. There was no fuss or issues when they came to change the bedding.

They should offer another glass and cup for the room when they know there is a bigger party than 2 people. We had to ask for more but then only got the glass and not the cup.
