Safe and convenient place to stay at the city. Very close to metro station.

Upon arriving at the premise, I approached the front desk. There was no sign of offering any service and staff at front desk were still chatting among themselves unless I asked them for check-in. When I asked, the staff asked me to go to self-service check-in at the other side of the lobby! Staff shouldn’t have asked me to do self-service while the staff themselves could do it. Unbelievable.

Location was great. Walking distance to all the tourist spots and the hop-on-hop off sightseeing bus has a stop opp the hotel. I was a bit apprehensive reading the reviews but i found my stay to be very comfy. Room is small but just enough for 1 person. Bathroom is very small but doable. Overall, better than expected. Really liked my stay

Was a bit noisy. Since there was no AC, i had to open the windows and there were some guests who were drunk and very noisy around 1am i think and woke me up

Clean room, located in central Kopenhagen, all the employees were perfectly nice and for the very low price compared to other hotels in the area you even get to use a gym in the hotel.

Some vegan options for the breakfast would be nice

it’s hard to rate this hotel as it’s not glam as other hotels would be but I really enjoyed the stay and had everything I needed! - Super fast wifi available everywhere (200Mb/s down/up), so I was able to work with ease. - Amazingly equipped gym. Squat rack, heavy dumbbells, all you need really. - Super cheap - An alright breakfast - Microwave in the room and a tiny kitchen basically - Self laundry services which were reasonably priced (£3.5 for a batch)

- The room is super tiny and claustrophobic in the beginning but you’ll get used to it. - The bathroom was bit awkward as it was just a tiny room with toilet

It is new and functional.

The wifi in my room was not working, and I needed it for work. I tried multiple times to talk with the staff, but nobody showed interest in fixing it. The same story with the air conditioning. It was too hot.

To be honest, staying in Copenhagen is expensive. This was the cheapest place nearest to the city centre. But it's overrun with tourists / backpackers / students, etc. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. You don't have housekeeping, if you want a clean towel you need to take your old one to reception for exchange. Reception - this is a challenge. So when we arrived we were too early for check in, by about half hour. So we were told we were too early and needed to wait until the magic hour of 3pm. It was 2.30pm so we though we'd hang around reception. We noticed an electronic number board above each staff station on the reception desk, which suddenly at 2.55pm started changing by incremental numbers. Why is this? Then we realised we should have been told to "take a number" from the machine so we could have our turn at reception. So that meant we'd wasted some time. Took our number and waited our turn. Check in was sort of straight forward, although the receptionist tried to charge us when we'd already paid at the time of booking. But she was still learning the role so we didn't make a fuss. You have to take a ticket if you want to buy something from the reception area, you can't do two separate things on one ticket! So once we'd booked in we had to wait until our other number came up so we could buy a drink. Rooms - small but has everything you need. The tap in the bathroom leaked every time it was turned on, so I went back to reception (took a ticket) and asked if it could be mended. However, maintenance do not work weekends, so the earliest it could be mended was Monday (we were leaving Monday so that was that). It's quite a walk in to the city centre, the Cabinn is based in the business district so don't expect a leisurely stroll, it's more like a 15 minute fast walk to anywhere.

Mainly the reception ticket system. And could have had earlier check in time. And no housekeeping but the hotel is like a hostel really so maybe I shouldn't have set my expectations so high.

It was really conveniently located, close to so many tourist attractions, shopping centers and restaurants while also being really close to the bus station. It wasn’t anything incredible or mind blowing but there was a self check-in option, the atmosphere of the reception and lounge were cozy and classy, the rooms were snug and practical, and the beds and sheets were actually quite comfortable. I also really enjoyed how secure and safe everything felt. You couldn’t use the elevator or stairs without a keycard, which was just reassuring. All around, it was great!

The rooms weren’t amazingly spectacular, they were practical and functional. If you’re looking for a memorable stay and a luxurious experience, this is not what you want. But, if saving money on somewhere to sleep without compromising comfort or security is, then this is perfect.

Price was excellent. No complaints about the room (we had a studio apartment). One night our neighbor was playing very loud music and I reported it to the desk staff and they went immediately up to handle the situation and it was taken care of. Room was very clean. Felt safe. Very happy staying here.

Location. It was .5 mile away from Copenhagen Central Station (train) which we used multiple times for day trips out of the city. But the hotel location is a bit further out than I was expecting for all the tourist attractions in the city. So, we had to walk a bit further than I expected, which wasn't too much of a problem. Also, hotel is set in more industrial/business area of the city and doesn't have the cute European feel. There is a grocery store in the mall up on the corner, so at least that wasn't too far away to get food for preparing in our studio apartment room. But again the price made up for all this.

excellent location, value for money, good hotel for a 3-4 day trip

a small room, there is a location in the atrium, in general, we spent almost all our time in the city and did not notice any special inconveniences

Well located to public transport (metro and central station >15 walk), as well as access to the city (you can be in the main centre in 20 mins.) Rooms were compact but perfect for a short city stay. Check in was easy and staff were extremely helpful. Hairdryer available for free from front desk as well as parking (at a cost about £25 for 24 hrs) and huge lockers (about £4 for 6 hours but could easily fit 3 large rucksacks in each).

The doors and walls are a little thin, so you could often hear noise from the corridor. Not the end of the world if you have considerate neighbours.
