Very nice hotel, great location, all places and restaurants are very close, as for the service it was top notch, from reception to room service to security. I am very happy with my stay at the hotel and I will definitely come back. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was extremely smooth, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. A special thanks to the receptionist, Madonna, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive—she truly made our stay even more memorable by assisting us with all of our requests promptly and with a big smile. We genuinely appreciated how every need was taken care of with such care and efficiency. The room was stunning, with an amazing view that made our experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

Petfect location,easy to reach, with lots of transportation nearby until the hotel's main entrance, Sea is across the street, Luxurious area in Alexandria, San Stefano, nearby Four seasons Hotel and San Stefano Mall, Room is big enough and cool, Balcony with Sea View, Restaurant at Hotel is perfect and food is delicious, they even deliver meals to your room, Room Service is so good, Cool experience, i'd definitely recommend tge hotel.

No supermarkts nearby, you have to walk a little to reach one, the nearby Beach is private and allowed only for residents of a nearby hotel (Four seasons), but there are many Public and private beaches around ( approx. 1 km away )

Nice Hotel in Alexandria with adorable view on the Mediterranean Sea located in san stefano district. The staff is professional, friendly and supportive as the check-in was completed as soon as we arrived, even two hours earlier than the original time. Sohor was good with many varieties of drinks and food also the dining area was clean. The room and bathroom was clean with amazing view on the sea. This time I got a free upgrade to sea view executive room Overall rating is 08/10.

Some of the bathroom fasilites was old. The hotel doesn't allow delivery service to the rooms. Bed mattresses are very hard, uncomfortable and need to be changed. Otherwise can't complain. All was perfect.

It was a very nice experience.The location of the hotel was accessible to the beach and many food market and shopping places and pharmacies near the hotel. The staff were so friendly especially madonna at the reception was very welcoming and serving with a smile and offered us an upgrade to the room for a suite for free as well as she was very helpful in advising options for our tour in alexandria since we were visiting there for the first time. As well as the lady serving the rooms at level 5 was very helpful and nice. The sea view at the suite was excellent and very beautiful with the san stefano park and sea. The food at the breakfast was delicious but the juices wasn't tasty. The bathroom in the room was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Our experience was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, offering a stunning view. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and prompt in addressing all our needs. We extend our sincere thanks to the entire team. Special recognition goes to the receptionist, Ms. Marwa, and the pastry chef, whose creations were outstanding. The room service was also excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer. Once again, we express our gratitude to the entire staff for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the comfort of their guests.

My stay in Plaza hotel is always wonderful. Of course, the location is amazing. Head receptionists, Mr Mahmoud Fathy and Ms Madonna are always welcoming and extremely nice, I would love to thank them for making my stay happy and comfortable. Also would like to thank Ms Marwa Mostafa from the Public Relations office, she is a very nice and caring person too. I am always pleased to stay in Plaza hotel.

Location is great, walking distance from tramway with a sea view and strategically located between San Stefano mall and gleem bay with a lot of Restaurants and cafe choices. Staff were welcoming and cooperative Express check in and out Room us clean and comfortable bathroom was spacious and fine with no notes

in breakfast, some items take time to be refilled. Some of the room furniture needs renovation. The view from the room was great but the terrace was no narrow with no chance to sit and enjoy

Very nice hotel with amzing location in the middle of the city. Room is comfortable with wonderfull view. Front desk staff are very helpful the gentleman who checked me in was so helpfull and assisted me to amend my reservation however i booked through third party, the other gentleman who checked me out helped me to have a late check out. Good breakfast. Laundry service is so efficient and quick to receive your items back. Room service is also high quality with affordable prices.

I liked everything however my opinion about ordering food from outside is a bit strange. They are not allowing you to order food from outside even if you will comedown yourself to pick it up? Internet is very slow sometimes its not even there. To be honest i forget to say that I received a comp upgarde to suite which was super nice even it was two separated beds but houskeeping managed to put the beds together.
