I love the area (gated area), the space, its very beautiful and modern, every room has a terrace, there are two pools, restaurants, spa/salon etc — paradise dream meant for relaxation and privacy. I love the staff - Mark from concierge was extremely helpful and the other staff members were extremely professional — we had two exceptional drivers (shehab and ehab). Alexandrias main city is about 40 minutes from this location but the great thing is the hotel provides 24/7 drivers to take wherever you want to go.

Everything was exceptional, the breakfast was diversified and delicious. Also the security is on high level 👌🏻. Furthermore, I had a small situation with the deposits, I forgot my scarf at the breakfast lounge & I asked for it the next day and it was wrapped nicely and waiting for me to pick it up ☺️

The place is a little far from the heart of the Alexandria city and the attractions

Beautiful property, lovely food and amazing staff. Everyone working in the hotel was lovely and very friendly, real 5* treatment ! Breakfast was especially good ! The hotel is located off centre so have to book a car with a hotel to get you to city centre, but the lovely staff there are very helpful and Mr Muhammad had organised us a car with them every day within minutes, at a really good price too! Big shout out to Emad who even shared a phone number with me to call when we wanted to get back. It was honestly great experience and would come back again !

Unfortunately the big pool/beach area was closed when we stayed, which was disappointing as we picked this hotel because of their large pool and we were really looking forward to that, but their pool on the 3rd floor was opened and that was also fun!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially the reception team. I'd like to also give special thanks to Mrs. Aliaa from the Customer Service and Receiption team for her understanding and solving any issues I faced. Also the room service and house keeping team are very professional and they never ask for tips or something like that.

What I dislike is something not related to the hotel but it was related to Booking.com reservation team as my booking doesn't show me that the booking is not including the Breakfast and I reviewed the booking details and found that the breakfast was included in the facilities of the booking confirmation. The hotel staff solved this issue and include the breakfast as complementary from their side.

I had a great stay at Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Alexandria. The hotel had a beautiful and modern design, with well-maintained facilities. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious options. The pool area and outdoor spaces were well-kept and relaxing.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, I noticed that the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes slow. Additionally, the location is a bit far from the city center, so getting to some attractions required extra time. Other than that, everything else was excellent

From the moment I booked the hotel the staff were responsive on booking.com. They arranged me to be picked up from Cairo International Airport. It was a long drive but did not feel long as the driver, Eslam, was full of energy and full of facts about the places we passed. When I reached the hotel I was greeted by the best concierge, Mark, who made my stay as good as it could be. This trip was for my birthday and took a tour of Alex with another driver called Moumen. I didn’t think it was possible for the previous drivers energy could be matched but it was. I had a brilliant day out and saw so much of the culture of Alex and learned so much about the life here thanks to the Moumen. To top it off, I came back to my room and found a birthday Cake!! Thanks Mark!! The hotel is modern and luxurious. The staff are super polite and accommodating. The food is 10/10. I had such an amazing massage in the spa. The masseuse must have magic healing hands. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay In Alexandria. I will definitely be returning.

Overall the hotel was clean and the room was very spacious I really liked it.

The downside I encountered was that the staff were not well-trained. First, the employee was busy answering the phone and chatting with his colleagues, and only sped up when I told him I was tired and wanted to go to my room. Later, he called me late at night to check if the water I had requested was delivered, even though it was already late and I had started to fall asleep

It was a lovely hotel but much further from the city than we thought. It was close to the airport though which was a bonus. The staff were all lovely.

The restaurants and menus are obviously designed for the American palate. This was disappointing as Egyptian food is so much healthier. There was a buffet which we did not attend, preferring to dine a la carte. I kept wondering what happened to all the food waste in the buffet. It was a shame that the swimming pool was closed in November.

Rooms - Very clean & spacious with Balcony. Smart TV helped me watch program of my choice because the channels are limited. Very comfortable bed & couch. Working table was just perfect. Housekeeping staff - One of the best staff in many hotels i visited Gym & Pool - It has all the equipment & pool is heated. Restaurent - Very good food. Hotel accomodated for my request & prepared special indian vegetarian dishes for me.
