This hotel is beautiful, everything looks brand new, the room was extremely spacious, the staff was very helpful, location is great. It was especially wonderful given that we were originally booked into the Misr Hotel next door, which is horrible.

The breakfast was not particularly good. The bread was not fresh. The breakfast could be better, but I did notice that we were the only ones at breakfast, so maybe they did not want to put out a full buffet for just a few people.

Great Room size and clean, nice staff, the hotel has a unique history and we were able to see the sitting room used by king Farouk to meet his guests and his piano still in the room and more other unique peaces.

1- The hotel has one lift and shared with the roof restaurant 2- we didn’t get the room facing the sea but we have had balcony but gave us rooms under the roof restaurant and our stay during Eid AlFitr so many parties and weddings for which the music was so hard we had to leave our rooms and come back after midnight to sleep, will be great if the hotel would give more information in advance .

- Reception was on the first floor, guests entering from the ground floor should be directed to the first floor with clear instructions - TV should have english language option and more english channels.

Great location In the heart of Alexandria, amazing lateral sea view, large balcony, great room size with all comfort I needed. Excellent, helpful staff👏 👍 👌 Exceptional experience for a first trip to Egypt, I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and for sure I'll be back soon.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week during the month of Ramadan. The hotel was not that busy at this time of the year. Despite this, the hotel is situated in a brilliant location very close to the metro, shopping area, food, restaurants and the beach. We booked half board and the evening meal was tasty and staff were always trying their best to make our stay comfortable. One particular staff member who went above and beyond her job was Miss Reem. She is an asset to this hotel and spoke English, which helped us gather all the information we needed to be able to explore Alexandria (such as the here to buy tickets for metro, best places to visit, best places to eat etc). Thank you Miss Reem.

- The room was a bit loud due to the street and tram noise. It would be nice if the windows were more soundproof. - The internet signal was not very strong in the area, but the hotel WiFi was great. The only inconvenience was having to get a new WiFi voucher from reception every day. - Only one elevator

I was quite surprized at how spacious and well equipped is the room.. the hotel is situated in one of the best central location in downtown Alexandria. Value for money is absolutely great.

If you're on a business trip and you will need to sleep early then avoid this hotel. Neighborhood is extremely noisy and the train passing every hour is not helping. I had a very good experience with staff until check out, they kept nagging and pushing us out of the room eventhough it wasn't even noon and i had asked them the previous night and they confirmed it was okay to stay till 12:30. One more thing, this hotel has no alcoholic beverages, yes i was as surprised as you are!

The hotel is a solid 9 compared to the others in the area. And with some more attentions to details, a potential 10. It is located in a secondary street, close to the seaside and walking distance from some turistic points of interest (such as the Alexandria library). We reached the hotel by car. It has no private parking but it offers a lane in front of the entrance where to stop to leave the luggages. Personnel on site helped us to find a parking spot nearby and even kindly offered himself to park it for us. The lobby is clean and staff at the reception efficient with smooth check in/check out procedures. When we entered the room we were impressed by the generous spaces. It was well set and clean. There is a mini fridge, water kettle with tea and nescafe set. The bathroom it is also big and equipped with complimentary toiletries, as well as slippers. Beds really comfy! Double thumbs up! :) We selected a standard room with city view. The sorrounding is not particularly quite as the hotel is few meters from a metro station. We personally were not bothered as we were prepared to be in a noisy area. For what was also our past experience we know it is difficult to find a quite area around there. All Alexandria corniche is busy and with lot of traffic. The restaurant for breakfast is really nice and clean. Breakfast is basic but of good quality. Before leaving Mrs. Reem was really kind to come and have some words with us to make sure we enjoyed our stay and get our feedback. She was really professional and nice. We will definitely consider this hotel for our next stays in Alexandria.

In the room there was a large corner with mold on the wall. It could be easily covered with some fornitures. Those are the kind of small details that could make the place look even better.

Great location on a relatively quiet side street. Incredibly spacious rooms and property.

Room was extremely spacious with lots of facilities inside. The hotel interiors are also beautiful and clean, and the location is perfect (right in the city centre). Staff are very polite and accommodating and provided me with late check-out, which was much appreciated.

The Wi-Fi is reasonably fast, but the voucher code system is a bit hard to use (sometimes the voucher didn't last for the whole day). There was also no mobile reception in my room, making Internet connectivity comparatively difficult. There is also a moderate level of street/car noise that can be heard from the room, although this is not an issue at night.
