The staff is fantastic! Everybody is very friendly and helpful, made me feel home. I booked again with them for October. The pool is pleasant and the location is perfect. The hotel is really quiet.

In the first room there were issues with the hot water, Minibar and electricity, but it got all solved with a room change.

Locatoon of this hotel is really excelent. Close to Al Sakua beach, Hurghada Marina and shopping, services and restaurant areas.

The hotel is suitable for those who are running on low budget and do not expect a five star treatment from a three star facility. The lobby of the hotel is exceeding 3 star facility and is very nice and spacious Swimming pool is nice, eventhough not protected with a net against birds that flock to drink water. Nice bar with a snooker table. The hotel can easily get upgraded to 4star facility since its infrastructure is determined to it. Hopefully one day an investor will explore a potencial of this hotel and will invest into upgradation of rooms, eventhough they are appropriate for a 3star facility. I extremely appreciate the kindnest of lobby manager and his staff. This hotel is worth staying.

Mr. Ambu at the hotel reception is exceptional, friendly, and very helpful, even when I asked him to assist me in finding a way to get to El Gouna and return. He also took care of my transportation to the Hurghada airport at 2:00 AM on Wednesday and gave me a well-packaged breakfast box to eat when I arrive at the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hurghada who wants to stay in a place that feels like home, with kind and cheerful people who take care of you before you even ask! Thank you so much for everything!

I would like to thank Mr Abdulaal for his great hospitality, he gave us a special care and went above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable. He is such a dedicated gentleman with great problem solving skills. I would also like to thank Mr khaled and the restaurant manager who took the extra mile to assure a pleasant stay. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day, best sleep I've ever had. Pool was super clean and taken care of. Will definitely go there again

My only comment is from the area behind the pool, there's a dumpster there that has a stench of rubbish that I could smell. I don't think this area belongs to the hotel but I hope that sea garden could speak to those people about that matter

It’s a nice to stay at the pool garden quality. The room for the breakfast is big and comfortable enough. Also close to the hotel , I found a beach (enter 2€) , and stay there , if you wish . It’s very near . Also the gym is 2 min away .in hotel I loved the lobby, as it’s big , comfortable, quiet, with a little music . Receptionist was a helpful guy . Thanks

The location of the hotel is just perfect in relation to the marina, the beach and the town centre. There is a store next door with everything you need. The staff is very friendly. Thanks to Abdo for his welcome and his kindness. The hotel has a very good value for money, the swimming pool is very clean. I spent a pleasant night, air conditioning and no noise from cars.

Lacks a bit of cleanliness in the room, and aging installation but nothing really disturbing.I recommend.

The hotel needs general renovation

The location is perfect, nearby beach, marina with lots of great restaurants and a stone’s throw from the Main Street . Facilities at hotel are good-beautiful pool area. Pool table if you’re interested. Breakfast could be better.

The boring breakfast !

Staff was amazing, especially Mr. Abdullaf at the reception, when we arrived we didn't like the first room offered so he upgraded us to a lovely suite. The stay was amazing and staff was helpful and professional. Upon departure that gave us lovely souvenirs. Many lovely beaches are nearby and you get all the help you need from staff. Food was tasty, not too many items but it's OK, the chef was great he even cooked my favourite dish. I've extended my stay and obviously I'll book there again.

The location of the hotel is great, a few minutes away from the old souq, steps away from Marina. The architectural design of the hotel is elegant, simple, and comfortable. Not a lot of guests, which is great for us.

It needs a bit more maintenance, but for its price and service, we can complain.
