The location is great, The hotel and room are clean, there is housekeeping every day, The staff are accommodating and helpful The bed is comfortable The amenities are great, as stated you do get housekeeping every day so you don't have to worry about missing something.

We had to relocate to another room because of a leaky faucet, just so that in a day the same would happen in our room. But the maintenance guy came and fixed it. The view, we knew it was no view, but it is just staring in a concrete wall (opt-out for the higher stories so that you'll have natural light)

The rooms were exceptional. Just like the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Hotel is close by a main shopping pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Andorra's restaurants closes early, but we could find at least 3 options to have dinner that stayed open till 11pm. For €10 was had a free buffet breakfast. There was a variety of options from fruits, cheeses, and sweet pastry and all that one might feel like eating. IMPORTANT: They had different options for vegan milks. That was amazing because 2 of us are lactose intolerant. The staff is super friendly and at your service at all times. Especially Sonia.

The internet connection in the reception was really weak, but otherwise, everything was amazing. I have nothing to add here in this section.

really nice hotel, comfortable and in a good location. well-stocked and very good breakfast. Above all, very friendly and helpful staff. During my stay in Andorra I had problems on my own and the staff were very willing to help me. really excellent.

Everything. We stayed with 2 teeners and had 2 connecting rooms. The rooms are modern and luxurious. The breakfast very good. The hotel is perfectly located plus parking close by. Don't forget to visit the asian restaurant next door.

The room was very clean, i have not seen such good cleaning and care taken. Facilities are very good, with a powerful shower, hairdryer, products, fridge, tv and comfortablebed.. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she explained about the best place for us to park and we could buy a 3 day ticket allowing us to leave and return as much as we wish. It was very close to the hotel. Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and caldea.

Clean large rooms, we had two adjoining rooms for our family. Large roomy bathrooms, great choices at breakfast buffet, and super close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was super helpful too and spoke perfect English.

Can’t think of anything.

Loved having a king sized bed. Enjoyed being able to open up the large window for fresh air. Good location. While there is no parking at this location it is very close by, which was great.

Lacking coffee maker. The room only had a kettle and tea available. While it wasn't a huge deal, it just would have been nice to enjoy a coffee in the room before we started our day.

Nice big comfy room. Good breakfast The receptionist was kind enough to put a packed breakfast together for us on our second night as we had to leave early before the breakfast room was open

Very nice room! Pretty views of the city and the mountains, + big openable windows make the experience even better. We really liked the location at the heart of the city, and the room was pretty clean. Very friendly staff.

There is no parking lot at the property. We hard to park at the shopping mall nearby for 24 euros 24h - even though it is convenient to shop and put bags in the car... But good to know there isn't parking options available.

Had a very nice experience. The hotel has a good structure and the staff stands out! Shout out to Vanessa from the reception, who has super kind and helpful giving us valuable recommendations.
