Staff were friendly and helpful, sorting out our motorbike storage and best restaurant for our evening meal. Good breakfast incl in the price.

A bit tired in its decoration, could do with modernising. The flowing river is lovely but actually quite loud as a background noise when getting to sleep. But none of this detracted from enjoying our one night stay.

Amazing hotel in the amazing location! Everything was perfect, the stuff was very friendly. They changed our room upon request (to double bed) and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was very good, with a sufficient variety of choice. Great Asian restaurant on the first floor (perfect choice for dinner). The area around is breathtaking as the hotel is located between the mountains and has a nice backyard overlooking the river. In general, I only wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

Great hotel on edge of town, welcoming owners. Ice cool river running behind hotel which was perfect for a cool dip after long hot day on the bikes. Asian food in the restaurant was first class.

Nitpicking but struggled with coffee and juice machines during breakfast.

Very clean, location is pretty nice if you are skiing or mountain biking and of course have a vehicle. Owners are super adorable and nice. there’s a gravel parking lot on both sides of the hotel, enough space to work on your bike if you have to. I didn’t bring my bike but I saw a group of folks that have and there’s a storage for bikes in the small garage that you could probably use, but perhaps email them beforehand. beautiful views from the windows. Also there’s seating by the river behind the hotel that is also very pleasant to hang out at with a laptop to get some work done if you have to, there’s good wifi signal.

Everything! Graham and Maria were friendly and welcoming. Rooms great. Asian food is delicious and breakfast good too. Happy hour in bar weekdays 😀 Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly welcoming hotel. Excellent memory foam bed with very comfortable memory foam pillow. Light clean modern room decor, with brilliant electric plug sockets that took all differnt countries plug configurations. On site asian restaurant with bar which the proprietors regularly arranged specialist buffet nights or lunches. Good easy access car park. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Not easy to dislike anything, maybe the walk to nearest towns of Arinsal or La Massana lacked little bits of pedestrain pavement stretches. Pink bathroom suite was maybe not what would have expected given the modern touches of both bathroom as well as bedroom but good sized bath and shower that you could actually stand under with decent spray with multiple settings as opposed to worrying about soaking the floor was a definite plus to offset any oncerns about the colour.

Very friendly staff, comfy beds, hefty breakfast, awesome feeling to sleep next to the river, the happy hour at the bar, dry room, bike room, across the street from the Commencal show room

I didn’t mind it at all, but for some people it might be challenging to sleep with the window open, the river is very loud at night since it always rains quite heavily in the evening.

River sound is very relaxing. I’ve never slept so good many years. Food in restaurant is better than in any other oriental restaurant I’ve visited lately
