Very well located hotel, staff is serious and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and the swimming pool and spa on the top floors are very nice. Breakfast is quite various with fresh pastries that change daily and fresh fruits.

At breakfast surprisingly you cannot get anything to drink yourself but you have to ask the staff,which usually is not a problem but sometimes it can be slow. Maybe adding a juice station or just water could be an improvement. Jacuzzi at the top floor is amazing, though one side of it was not working throughout our 3 day stay. At checkout we were surprised to be charged for the coffee capsules we used in the room during our stay. I have stayed in many hotels and never have I been charged for the coffee capsules you find on the counter. Maybe with the hotel being a 5 star this could have been included in the cost of the room?

I liked the hotel's location, which was very convenient to access key attractions and amenities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.

For the type of the hotel, I felt that breakfast could be improved with more options, particularly for vegetarians. The current breakfast selection was too basic and did not cater adequately to guests with dietary restrictions.

The staff were amazing, super helpful and always very courteous and polite. The pool was amazing but the towels and cups could be kept on top of a little more. However, the rooms were exceptionally clean.

When ordering a gin and tonic to the room, they brought everything up separately. They said that it wouldn’t look nice if the cocktail was made at the bar then brought up but the taste should outweigh that. Also, if the guest says that’s what they prefer that’s how it should come.

The room was exceptional, with a large bed, excellent furniture, and just an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was great, with good quality ingredients and fresh and tasty fruits.

The swimming pool was a bit covered with seaweed. In a restaurant, we ordered mashed potatoes with lamb chicks. The meat was tender and the sides were a good fit, but the mashed potatoes tasted like instant powder. I don't think it was, rather it's a combination of a bit watery source and the same spices.

Clean, comfortable room, very good location, fair cost/benefit for the rates and overall costs.

Breakfast service. Only hotel I have been to where staff makes guests wait in line while they prepare additional tables (with glassware, napkins, etc) that should be ready way before guests arrive. Additionally, and worse, we went back to the buffet service before the time for the end of service and it was gone... not only before 11am, but without the usual kindled note "we'll take out the buffet, would you folks care for some more?" The impression is that the team working at breakfast makes their own rules without proper oversight from the hotel manager.

I loved everything about this hotel, or almost. I would definitely stay there again, it was so super comfortable, clean, spacious and just simply great. I even bought the same mattress topper when I came home, so comfy it was!

The only thing I didn’t like was food at their restaurant. Breakfasts are nice, even though coffee is bad. But dinner was a disaster. Not a problem though because nobody ever eat at hotels, so it was not a problem.

The whole place was very clean, my room was always cleaned even when I didn't ask. The sauna and pool where great!! Quite street, everything you need near by including a 24 pharmacy. It's in the middle of most of the tourist attractions. I wanted a quite place and I got it. All staff was very professional. Especially - Ezequiel and Gabriel were very helpful and friendly.

Some wear and tear on the room, they tired to fix anything I pointed out right away. I asked for a view, I didn't get the best view, but did get a high floor.

Excellent location in lovely neighborhood. Immaculate rooms. Outstanding service. Quiet large spotless rooms. Terrific gym and pool and spa.

The coffee at breakfast was never hot and the choices of hot food that were vegetarian were limited.

I loved the room's decoration, the blinds that cover the windows so you can sleep well when experiencing the jet lag and the bath tub with included spa is quite luxurious and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful as they have always been when staying with them in Buenos Aires. This hotel is truly a 5 stars for a reasonable price!

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable with courteous staff. The room was comfortable, cleamn and serviced daily. The hotel was close to a large park as well as the large mall. There was a good variety of food in the restaurant for breakfast with effient service. Would stay at this hotel again.
