The rooms were clean and cozy. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby all day. Very friendly staff. Underground parking was a nice bonus.

This hotel is insanely clean, not a speck of dirty in the room , it honestly blew my expectations out of the water , the staff was also super helpful and so nice and friendly, the location was also a 10/10for us , it was close to everything but far enough away that it wasn't crowded on the streets or a struggle to drive anywhere , I would definitely book again

The elevators were alittle hard to get into , there was alot of people when we stayed , so it was alittle difficult getting an elevator with your family between 9-10 because of breakfast ,but taking the stairs was easy enough! Breakfast was also very crowded but we opted to take our food to go and they had a good selection for a free breakfast . We had some noisy teens playing in the hallway or last 2 days late into the night and as early as 6 am but security was great after the first day night noise so it didn't happen again , not the hotels fault and they did a good job handling it

My client needed to retrieve a highly important document from the Chinese Embassy in Canada. Due to the approaching Chinese New Year, the embassy’s operating hours were limited to the morning. Given that flights from Halifax to Ottawa are frequently delayed and rarely arrive before noon, I opted to drive from Halifax to Ottawa to ensure timely collection. I departed at 3 p.m. and arrived at the hotel at 4 a.m. the following day. As an utterly exhausted traveler arriving in the early hours, I was met with remarkable warmth and professionalism from the staff—truly exceptional service. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the view from the window was quite pleasant. I also found the soundproofing to be very effective. I informed the front desk that I would need a wake-up call, as I was so fatigued I feared I might oversleep. The receptionist assured me it would be no problem at all and explained that if I failed to respond the first time, they would continue calling every 15 minutes. True to their word, that’s exactly what they did. All in all, I’m deeply grateful for the outstanding service.

Although I booked a two-night stay, I only ended up staying a little over one day. There was nothing particularly unpleasant—after all, I wasn’t here for leisure.

Very friendly, good value for money (parking and breakfast were included). Our room was spacious and quiet. The pool, though modest in size, was enjoyable nd usually empty in the early morning hours (though packed in the late afternoon).

The breakfast area is too small for this very busy hotel frequented by many families with children. Three of the four mornings we were there we had to stand with our trays in our hands for five or ten minutes before we were able to sit down. Also, the location is off the downtown Ottawa public transportation grid. You have to go everywhere by car; the location, at the corner of two divided parkways, makes even returning to the hotel by car challenging at times.

The room was great and spacious. I was impressed to see a Welcome Angela greeting on the TV. Nice touch. Room was clean, location of room was good. My brother and his family were a few rooms away, which was good. Breakfast was really good. I can see why it was so busy. Staff was awesome. I was even told I should take a packed lunch with me since I was driving all the way back to North Bay. Came in handy.

This is just a comment. Not sure if anything can be done. I found the parking tricky as there was very little room to maneuver coming and going.

One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the hotel is. It was wonderful to find that they not only welcomed pets but also had treats available at the front desk. This thoughtful gesture made traveling with my dog even more enjoyable and showed the hotel’s attention to detail. The staff were friendly and attentive, from the smiling front desk team to the maintenance and cleaning crew. Everyone was approachable and eager to assist. The complimentary tea and coffee were consistently restocked, which was a nice touch. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and even with a full hotel, there was no shortage of food. Everything was well-managed and fresh. Overall, this hotel stands out for its comfort, thoughtful service, and pet-friendly amenities. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those traveling with pets, for a welcoming and worry-free stay.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and the room was spotless—felt as clean and welcoming as home. The after-hours service was readily available and very helpful whenever needed. A special shout-out to Meher at the reception for being incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall, a great experience!

However, we couldn’t enjoy the pool as other guests were swimming fully clothed, which is not good hygiene practice and made it uncomfortable. It would be great if pool rules were enforced for a better experience

Room was clean, large, had a welcome screen with my name on TV when I entered. Very flexible about check out time Was nice to have gym access 24/7 although didn't have chance to use. Has some nice blackout curtains and 4 pillows per bed

Only complaints were there was a kid going door to door for money for some fundraiser of sorts, and the parking garage was completely full. Had to park in the EV spot even though I had a handicapped placard and was a long enough walk. Was New years Eve, though, so maybe not a real problem every other day of the year.....oh and in room coffee maker only had 1 keureg regular coffee pod for 2 queen bed room. Downstairs had 24/7 coffee available though....mattress was so so....

Excellent property. Well maintained, TV was personalized with my name on arrival. Manager texted me twice to make sure everything was going well. Comfortable bed, large room, secure parking, small but nice pool and gym. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Dog friendly!

It was almost perfect. 2 areas for improvement. 1. It's been almost a month and my security deposit still has not been returned 2. The location of the property is great if your driving or Uber. But it's not a very walkable area

Was advertised on Booking.com as a place with crib available. Requested a crib and was brought a playpen without any kind of sheets. The top fabric had drool stains on it, that can't be cleaned. My baby is small, so I wasn't worried about him getting into the drool at the top, but would have been uncomfortable if he could stand and put his mouth on the top edge. A clean fitted sheet to cover the pad would have been nice. I brought blankets in case. Last time I requested a crib at a hotel, I got one that was totally washable with clean fitted sheets on the mattress, so that's what I was expecting.
