The location was in the center, walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Near the hotel there are restaurants, shops and even a small bazaar where you can buy souvenirs and Chilean handicrafts. The matrimonial bed was super wide and super comfortable. The cleaning was done every day, even when I put the Do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff is kind and willing to solve the problems that arise.

Due to the fact that the staff is less fluent in English, it is more difficult to understand the problems that have arisen.

This accommodation met my needs perfectly - distance from the meeting venue, quiet spacious room, clean, nice view - St. Francis church and some mountains (not Cordileras des Andes) and despite the facing the main street (avenida de libertador..O'Higgins), it was fairly quiet. Staff was very helpful despite my language barrier of my non-existant Spanish and breakfast was quite good. It is very centrally located, 1 minute from the metro station and if staying only nearby, then many things can be reached by walking only. Wifi was stable.

Room doors could be better for sound insulation as some guests are really not considering the hours and can be really loud even at night.

location was excellent. convenient for city sights. free parking was useful. it was convenient having a restaurant on site. room was spacious. breakfast had a variety but the juice tasted like water and the plates were very small to serve food properly.

the wifi was fine but kept disconnecting each time you went out. it didn't reconnect automatically so it was a hassle to sign in all the time. there was no laundry service. tiny plates were provided for breakfast

Good location, comfortable beds, great breakfast. We checked-in 2 hours earlier without any additional payment. If you arrive too early and your room is not ready, you can leave your bags in their storage room.

The bulevard outside is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a big deal. If you have earplugs, there won't be any problem

We love how comfortable the bed was and the location was great. Really easy to get there. The breakfast service was buffet so it had a lot of variety of food, very good quality. Everything was delicious 😋 Also the view was nice. It was a really good option to stay.

Some items of the suite it didn't have a very good quality for example the toilet paper was just 1 layer paper which it shouldn't be like that for the amount of money paid. Also we paid for the room with bathtub and we got just a shower. Also the safe box and the radiator heater didn't work.

Good location, comfortable bed and nice room. The breakfast was fine. They arranged a taxi to the airport for a fair amount.

They sent me mail with online check-in. We were arriving at 2 am, so I did it, to make it more easy. When we arrived, the reception didn't have anything from it, so we spent 15 minutes writing all sorts of forms.

we stayed five nights and very happy with everything: spacious room, clean morden bath room, close to town centre, good breakfast, helpful staffs. They packed breakfast while we we went early morning tour.. Overall very good value for money..

Can be noisy if staying in lower floors

From the moment of arrival the staff were exceptional. Very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you. Facilities in the rooms were excellent. Very be clean and the king size bed so comfortable. Towels changed daily & great choice of breakfast items. Would highly recommend 😊

So clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing, I was poorly whilst there and they were very understanding and helpful and went out of their way to make it easier. Breakfast was really great too.
