The location was really nice. Close to 2 underground stations. There are lots of places to go around not just to eat, but to have drinks, have breakfast and sightseeing. I stayed during a weekend so it was really quiet and I didn't experience any noises. The facilites were amazing. Everything was spotless cleaned everyday. Staff was really nice and professional. The appliances to cook and have tea and coffee were a nice touch since they don't offer breakfast, but you get snacks everyday such as milk, a sandwich, juice, yogurt, tea and coffee

Just to my liking, I prefer mugs rather than tea cups. But that's just me. Everything was perfect

comfortable hotel in the center of Santiago de Chile. Safe, in a nice neighborhood. Clean and very...American in every way. :)

breakfasts were actually yesterday's sandwich with cheese and ham, instant coffee and the cheapest yogurt, left in the fridge the day before. :( no vegetarian option and not tasty at all... there was no open swimming pool due to the time of year (although it was 30 degrees outside...), and this was one of my search criteria. on the second day our bed was taken away. we were supposed to have a room with two single beds, I confirmed that, and we had one queen bed...

Our loft was quite spacious, and felt very welcoming. The staff were helpful when we wanted to park our rental car in the free parking spot provided, giving us very detailed information about where to park and how to get in and out of the parking lot. The kitchenette had everything we needed.

The bed was not comfortable at all and we slept very badly the first night. So much so that we took the mattress off the bed and slept on the mattress on the floor for the rest of our stay. The curtains also did not cover the windows completely, so we were woken up every morning around 7am by the daylight.

Central to all the shops 5 min walking distance. So close to everything great location. Great staff. Great cleaning staff as well. They were really great helping me out when I was in a tough situation.

No complaints. They don’t have breakfast and you they leave you snacks in the fridge, such as yogurts, milk, juice and a ham and cheese sandwich. Coffee and tea packages. They have a balcony that little kids could fall from if you’re not watching properly it has a lock but the fear is still there. Also make sure to pack an extra credit card if you lose one travelling. The banks machines do not work well with debit cards and all banks are closed every weekend.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is very good and you can walk to all the main sights. There is also a big supermarket just one block away. The staff at the reception are very helpful! When I was worried about the status of my reserved minibus to the airport, they help me to contact the bus company and to trace the minibus’ real time location. The hotel may be a little old, but it doesn’t matter to me. They also provide free service to clean the dishes. And free snacks and drinks are provided everyday is the refrigerator.

The standard apartment is a normal hotel-like room with a small kitchenette with micro and refrigerator. The loft has a living area with a kitchenette and the bed is on a loft inside the room itself. Beds are comfortable to sleep. It's a very quiet environment with money exchange, pharmacy and supermarket at walking distance. For the fun lovers night clubs are also very close. Restaurants and pubs are also at walkable distances. Plaza de aramas is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Standard rooms are provided with an evening snack everyday. The problem is, it's the same all days. There's no house keeping and snacks not provided to loft rooms.

This was a very large, spacious, comfortable, and clean accommodation consisting of two floors, one being the bed- and bathroom and the other the kitchen and dining areas. All kinds of restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance. Perfect for short or long stays!

A little noisy, lots of traffic in the street, including a lot of garbage trucks that come in and out of a depot adjacent the hotel.

Check-in and check-out service, and staff, was very good. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature control was good. The location was great. Close to the market and restaurant areas. Relatively quiet street, at least at night. The area is in walking distance from most sites of interest.

While the street is quiet at night, there is a lot of noise during the day. Only single-paned windows. For dishes, etc. there was only 2 of everything. You need to wash everything all the time, but there was no dish detergent or dish cloths provided. And no plugs for sinks or bathtub. Breakfast provided was the same every day, and not great quality (but we still ate it). Laundry and pool advertised, but not located in building. Had to go to another building for access.

LOCATION is great, next to Santa Lucia park, Barrio Lasturria and the historic city centre. ROOM: The apartment is a bit on the small side, but enough. It's clearly a residential area as well as hotel. It's nice and quiet at night as it's tucked down a smaller street.

ROOM: whilst no problem for us, something to consider if you have small children is the stairs are floating with no railing and no back boards. The kitchen is pretty bare, there's no tea or coffee sachets offered in the room (though this seems to be the norm in South America?). LOCATION: we were warned not to go to the left when exiting the hotel at night time as it wasn't safe - this is the direction of the historic centre. Right (to Barrio Lasturria) is fine and we went that way regularly, even walking home after dinner.
