very well managed facilities. Great choice of buffet style breakfast. Location backs onto the Fanabe strip with huge choice of restaurants and bars. Clos to the beach 500mtrs max. 2 pools (1heated) Gym and nightly entertainment - fab !! So good we booked to return already - a few day into our stay - loved it ! The Italian restaurant connected to the resort - private entrance - was wonderful - highly recommend - lovely staff - hard working

not much - the place was so good I would not dare accuse the operators of anything ! No point in being too fussy - the price was too good to be true for what we received - thank you Lagos De Fanabe

The location is superb. Just the promenade and a row of cafes separating the complex from Fanabe Beach. The complex is very hilly and there are no lifts. The pools are more for bobbing around in than swimming. The apartment was cleaned daily. The apartment was small in comparison to others we have stayed in. Negatives are no tea towels Depending on where you are located it can be very noisy with people coming back late night/ early morning as there are many paths leading through the complex. Uncomfortable sofa (it is a sofa bed). Positives are very quiet air con! Welcome pack of washing up liquid, cloth and scourer Location Bed and breakfast option.

Excellent hotel, couldn't fault anything. Staff were so accommodating especially as we had our disabled child with us. We actually got an upgrade as there was availability. I absolutely enjoyed my trip to Tenerife because of this hotel. We are vegetarians, the first evening, not much option for us but after the initial blip, we enjoyed some really delicious vegetarian meals. Welcome drink in the fridge was fab! Tried to locate it here in the UK but it doesn't appear to be on sale here

I liked everything

The setup of the buildings is very nice. Like staying in a small authentic village. Very good Italian restaurant. We had a spacy appartement with a great view on both the pool and the beach and with direct access to the beach. Parking in public garage next to the facility against reduced rate. Boulevard, shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity. Some nice staff (not all)

Standard coffee at the breakfast is not tasty. Against extra payment good coffee can be provided.

The location was good because it gave access to a variety of restaurants and was very near the beach so no need for a car for a short break. The breakfast at the resort offered a variety of choices that included fresh fruit. Tables were cleared very quickly the staff were pleasant. The pool area was clean and well maintained.

The constant loud music from outside the resort was a little intrusive.

Accommodation clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices. Excellent location.

Only negative was the amount of steps to climb to get into our top floor apartment. We booked top floor as we learnt from our previous holiday here that only top floor accommodation provide air con and as we previously had a ground floor apartment on our first visit found ground floor to be too hot. I would book ground floor in the future if they were equipped with air con

Very close to the beach and we had a beach view. It’s very relaxed and central to lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Been to Adeje quite a few times to several of the bigger 4* and 5* hotels and this far surpassed any of them. It was a modern 1 bed apartment and the complex is only 2 storey high so this is good too.

There needs to be more attention to cleaning. Whilst the gardens are kept immaculate, the staircases and hallways need more mopping.

Love that it’s close to the beach, like the pools and the bars and restaurants are all around

Our room needed updating, lots of knocks and marks on furniture and fixtures

Great place in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lack of cocktails probably helped my liver! ...but generally, the range of basic drinks was fine.

The food was dull. Even though we paid for evening meals, we went out to eat for 5 of our 8 evenings. There was not enough space for sunbeds, so these became scant resources.

The location was good, the style of the property.

I feel like there were small details that could have made a difference like having dish cloths to wash and dry cups, having a stand in the shower to hold our shampoos, etc, the coffee was horrid.
