The hotel was situated near some absolutely fantastic restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast options were excellent.

The pool was tiny - I mean, it was lovely to have the option of taking a moment to refresh in the heat but the photos make it look much bigger! I would have also preferred if the sun beds on the rooftop by the pool were collapsible so you could sunbath flat out. There were some stains in our bathtub and we were unable to use our balcony for the first 24 hours because the room next door were constantly smoking weed on their balcony - it made our room smell when we opened the door.

A gem of a hotel! Almost worried to make it too popular with an excellent review! Firstly it’s in a quiet street and my room had an inner balcony overlooking an inner gardens courtyard, so relaxing! Super clean and amazing helpful staff and lovely south facing roof pool and gym. Food great too really do not hesitate to book rooms are generous size bathroom products lovely and even a kettle on request! Excellent heating and air con too felt very safe as female travelling alone! Felt 5 star to me in terms of service and has beautiful courtyard garden too!

The location was excellent for our plans and interests for our stay. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good advice/guidance given on various questions and always very accurate.

Two little negatives. The first relates to the ‘green’ policy of reusing towels - for a five night stay we consider two sets of towels sufficient. For the first three nights towels left hanging were not changed but the next night once used bath towels were changed despite being left hanging. Follow your published policy! Second, although we ate breakfast only once in the hotel, orange juice seemed to be rationed. Other juices were available in self-service but not orange. Why?

I recently stayed in Barcelona for a few days, and I must say that this property is in an exceptional location—central, yet quiet, and well-served. The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from "La Pedrera," and it is conveniently close to metro stations and a taxi stand, only a few meters from the hotel entrance. Each floor of the hotel is dedicated to a different artist, and we stayed on the fifth floor, dedicated to Roy Lichtenstein. Our room overlooked an inner courtyard and was very comfortable, both in terms of the beds and pillows, as well as the soundproofing. The cleanliness of the room upon arrival and the daily housekeeping were also commendable. Although we had initially booked the room on a room-only basis, after sampling the hotel's breakfast offering, we decided to enjoy breakfast there again the following day. With a combination of buffet and à la carte hot dishes made to order, the selection was diverse and would satisfy even vegetarians and vegans—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and I would particularly like to thank Gloria and Oriol for their exceptional service. Their professionalism made a real difference during our stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice mini bar with complementary water bottles. Toiletry kit in the bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and the rooftop pool. The location is ideal!!! Lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again :)

Not a fan of the bathroom glass door but every hotel seems to be doing this now... However it wouldn't deter me from staying here again.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were so lovely from the reception to the bar staff. Always service with a smile and a lovely welcoming drink too.The pool area was a welcome treat on a very hot day, and the outside bar area was a really pretty spot to enjoy an evening drink. Our room was cleaned every day wand stocked with fresh coffee and complimentary water, which was very much appreciated.

The pool became quite murky on some days and there were parts of the pool which could do with a little tlc and repairing. The hotel is quite a walk from the beach too but the area was still lovely and close enough to some of the main tourist points.

Great location, nice area, attractive, art work, nice rooms, nice pool area, lovely restaurant terrace. We loved being able to fill up our water bottle. We loved being welcomed with cold water & glass of cava after over 24 hours travelling on a very hot day. Our balcony & view was lovely. The bed was comfy.

The pool is very very very very very small. The air conditioning reverted back to central control sometimes & we could not turn it on. It was very hot. The food was average.

Location, trusted hotel we have stayed in different hotels from H10 before. It was very clean. Staff and cleaning staff are fabulous - very friendly.

This hotel is rather old. Bathroom felt a little old . No balcony as i was told. It is an iron fence in front of a window. I was disappointed about this. Staff told me there was no availability but we realised after 3 nights stay this was likely not true.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants with a few blocks and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The noise from the street was pretty noticeable at night so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a room away from the street.

From the very moment our taxi drew up and the staff came across to take our bags and check us in (we were early, but the room was ready) we felt we were honoured guests. The reception was super-friendly, the formalities were dealt with professionally and expeditiously. In short, this was the hotel experience one often wishes for but seldom encounters. We were delighted to discover that this hotel was part of a chain, and we will definitely keep an eye out for them on our future travels.
