The hotel is well maintained, room was clean and nice. It has very nice view on the street but it’s a bit loud outside till 3 am. AC is working fine.

The receptionist was unacceptably rude even though I was always very polite.

Location was fantastic; key city sights were a stone’s throw away (even Metro was nearby 5mins max). It was very clean and staff were very accomodating.

Unfortunately aircon was less controllable than expected. It was winter though so i suppose airconditioning unit was on season dependent mode. It would have been nice however if we had more control over it as there were times we wanted it a little bit cooler without having to open the windows. We ended up opening the windows for the cooler air outside to come in. Shower room door could not close properly so water kept on sipping out making the floor of the bathroom more wet than it should be

Eggs were prepared upon request(free). Fruits were fresh. 4// Really appreciated a receptionist man with beard (working on Monday evening from 15.00-23.00). This is my first time in Spain and he gave me useful information. He also bought a ticket for Sagrada Familia only 2 days in advance. I could not buy it a week ago (it's full) from the official website. Thank you so much !!! He also recommended a hop-on/Hop-off tour near the hotel, which was very good. 5// Eco-friendly hotel. The hotel gave you a glass bottle in your room. You can refill still/sparking water on your floor.

1// No ketchup, only chili sauce for breakfast. 2// There were a few flies in the breakfast room. 3// The hallway on my floor is quite dark. 4// One week ago, there was an Anti-tourist protest (too many tourists) in Barcelona. I felt safe during my stay. If they still have Anti-tourist protests, I won't come again even if I like Barcelona a lot. You have to blame Spanish people themselves for having Airbnb for cheap tourists.

Great location! Just steps from Placa Catalunya (with so many transportation options) and La Rambla yet surprisingly quiet. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with several cooked to order items in addition to the buffet which had a large variety of options. Our room was quite spacious and the bathroom was modern with a large walk in shower. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of outlets (including some usb outlets). The hairdryer was one of the best I've had in Europe. Love a hairdryer that actually gets hot and doesn't require holding the switch down the whole time. The towels, bathrobes and slippers were very nice quality.

The bathroom was great but could use a few more places to hang a damp towel.

The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was really friendly. Convenient location to shops, restaurants and to the market thats off Rambla. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The air vents were releasing a lot of dust in our room. Also, the description of the room in Booking.com was incorrect. It stated 2 King beds and 1 sofa bed, when arrived it was only 1 King bed and 1 sofa bed. The front desk mentioned that there are no rooms that have 2 King beds.

The only downside was that the breakfast at the hotel was not that great and the soundproofing in the room was average. You could hear kids running and talking next door.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. I liked having the drinking water fountain at each floor. One of the best hair dryers I have tried in a hotel.

Some may consider it a bit noisy due to the thin walls, but I am used to noise. The toilet is a bit too dark. For solo female travelers, I recommend you be at the hotel before darkness sets.

Location is excellent. We were able to walk to everything we visited (waterfront, gothic quarter, sagrada familia, etc.) The bathroom was a bit small but the room was sufficient for our needs. Desk staff was excellent. Bonus: We were able to store our luggage for the afternoon after checking out.
