Cleanness, WiFi connectivity, bed comfort, quietness, kettle and fridge in the room

Breakfast is not included considering the price paid per night. The hotel is only close to Sagrada Familia but within 1/2 hour walk from the remaining city tourist attractions. Rooms are very small.

The hotel was very good. Absolutely every compliment for cleanliness. The room for two was a sufficient size, tidy, with air conditioning. The breakfast was varied and varied, absolutely for everyone's tastes. I would like to praise the kindness of the staff. As for the location, we liked that too, it is located in a quiet neighborhood, a step away from the Sagrada Familia, since Barcelona is big, you can't go wrong with this location. It's great that you have a vending machine inside the hotel to get water, drinks and snacks. This would definitely be our choice if we visited this city again.

Good location. Good breakfast you can even use the coffee machine at night for drinks. There is a cafe beside it if you don’t fancy the breakfast. It is walking distance from the metro Monumental and 10mins walk from sagrada familia. There is also a grocery store nearby open till 9pm. Cheap to get by via taxi only €25. Clean room, good pressure of water, clean bathroom, didn’t use the free toiletries but there is a shampoo and soap available. No hotel slippers though.

If I am being awkward I guess the Centralised heating system. It works on our first night changing the temperature but the following days you can’t change the settings but still okay.

room was spacious and really clean (for 120€ I've paid it was more than I could ask for in the center of Barcelona!) hot water in the shower with good pressure delicious tea and coffee in the room, clean tap water really nice napoletana restaurant around the corner

window led into the hall, and was constantly lit outside (no way you are waking up with sunrise) in my room (102) you can LOUDLY hear every single drain in whole hotel in the morning I didn't really mind it, since I was leaving that morning, but you if you planned to work there...

The room was very clean, the bathroom had great facilities and great water pressure, the bed was big and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. What we loved most was the location. Most tourist attractions were less than a hour away of you wanted to walk around. Sagrada Familia was less than ten minutes away, were you could also find a metro station. The neighbourhood is safer and quieter than the Gothic Quarter or the La Rambla neighbourhood.

While it didn’t really bother us, you should know that the walls are really paper thin and it can get noisy.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance to main attractions or accessible via public transport. We were given a comfortable room with plenty of natural light. The entire staff, especially Cindy and her colleagues at reception, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering excellent support and answering all our questions. The housekeeping team did an amazing job maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, while the cheerful kitchen staff provided a great variety of options for the buffet breakfast.

The room offers some soundproofing, though it’s not completely silent. The elevator is a little slow, but why rush? After all, you’re on vacation!

Breakfast was very good and no rush if you were early enough. Location is good and we walked to Sagrada familia but also to Rambla. Sagrada familia is a great experience

Taxi to airport in the morning was too expensive compared with the taxi we came to hotel. Turists are also easily cheated like beer prices or with snacks in a small market next road. Few euros each but still feeling bad. Also hotel was taking 559,50 € although the original confirmation was 552,12 €

breakfast was same every day, but it was tasty. fantastic location, close to public transport around, beach was a few busstops away. sagrada familia across 2 streets. all was as listed in the booking. an of course MANY THANKS TO AMAZING FRIENDLY STAFF !!!

Monumental metro station was closed for renowation works during my stay, but I dont blame the hotel. Sagrada familia station and bus stops are still close to the hotel.

It’s really close to Sagrada Familia. All staff were very friendly and speak English. Breakfast was decent - I would recommend booking with breakfast without doubt. Wifi was good too.

Only thing we didn’t like there was no toilet brush. There’s reviews about brush not being there from 2022. I wonder how many years it takes to buy some. The walls are very thin too and you can hear a lot, not a problem for me as much as I use earplugs.

There is a fridge in the room which is always an essential for me. Breakfast was adequate and had tasty options. If you are willing to walk 20-30 minutes you can walk to many tourist attractions (and Sagrada Familia is 5-10 mins by walking). Bathroom and the room were comfortable.

I believe all accommodation in Barcelona is overpriced. This hotel to me was no exception. Other than that we had no problems with the hotel itself.
