We have stayed here for a budget overnight stay to visit Bilbao. Before checking in I had some concerns but I believe the check-in staff at night fixed us a good room. The staff was very caring, practical and informative. The corridors had some smell however our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not had any issues with the road noise. Free parking adds value to this stay.

I was very grateful for the loan of an adaptor for me to be able to use my iPhone charger in a Spanish power socket. I also feel very guilty since I found it in my luggage when I got back to the UK having failed to return it on departure. Thank you for your help and apologies my stupid mistake.

I was a little worried that I might not be able to locate the hotel using my sat nav, which did not recognise the addresss. It would be helpful to have a more recongnisable address to help with this.

Convenient stop off after late evening flight. Typical Ibis hotel, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We left too early in morning for breakfast, but it was available. Free parking outside the hotel.

Breakfast could be served earlier, but this is not normal for Spanish hotels.

It is a nice little hotel on the outskirts of Bilbao, just 10-15 minute walk to the train station where you can take a train directly to Bilbao city center.

Nothing to do in the area, other than 2 local restaurants.

Close to the highway. Separate toilet, sink and shower. It may be strange for some but very functional with a family!

The breakfast space it's not very big, but everyone had space luckily

So happy to find a decent, clean and affordable place to stay that allows dogs! We always travel with our dog, so that limits our choices. It was quiet, green and leafy outside and had a children's playground where I could take our dog. Staff was great too!

The beds weren't horrible but they weren't comfortable either...

Quiet, and good value. Close to the city to do the Guggenheim gallery, then to catch the ferry home next day. Didn't realize that the local town facilities were so close (just across the highway). so this would have been a "like" but didn't know it.

Reception staff was always pleasant, especially (not sure of the name) I think he was Bora! Thank you for putting a smile on my child's face 😊

Bed very comfortable, shower and toilet clean and functional. Quiet and private. Easy parking. Staff pleasant. Very well located for trip to Bilbao.

Coffee in the machine. Terrible! There was sugar in the milk.

This is a budget hotel, so we can’t request much. However, for some reason my bed was extremely soft and it caused some pain on my back, yes, I am getting old 😂
