Excellent air conditioning system which was really needed. Modern decor and very clean apartment. Excellent location for everything. Clean sheets twice in one week which was nice.

Balcony difficult to get onto due to the heavy barred doors, so felt a bit like a cage. Huge air con unit on the balcony so very little room. Would not like to take a 1st floor apartment again for this reason. Pillows in the wardrobe were dirty and we didn't spot this till late in the evening and reception couldn't change these till the morning for us. Lack of facilities around pool, no umbrellas or pool bar. Although it was permitted to bring drinks down from apartment as long as they were not glass, so this was handy.

This hotel is well maintained and very clean for both room and public areas. - The bedrooms are very comfortable, clean and well serviced; it's with full ketch - The public areas are nicely decorated, comfortable, safe, and relaxing. - The all of the staffs are very nice, friendly, and helpful. hotel's location is excellent. - One can access all near by attractions (e.g. Mijas, Malaga, Marbella, Ronda, Corboda, and Gibraltar) by bus, or bus+train, or tour bus - Only few mins walk to the beach; face to the outstanding park "Parque de la Paloma". i,e, 2 mins working to the nice, comfortable park around nice friendly others. - There are many cafes, restaurants, different size supermarkets closed to this hotel

From the minute we arrived at reception we met friendly staff who were very helpful. The place was 100% clean. Cleanliness was one of the outstanding things about the hotel. The complex was not overcrowded and there were always sunbeams available even though we were there in peak season. As our daughter was young and learning to swim, the pool suited us very well. The location was excellent as there were all the facilities available locally.

The only think was having to get a taxi home at night from the Marina. A lovely walk in along the beach but at the end of the day not so easy.

It was the perfect location for our stay. Just a short walk to the beach and a number of delicious restaurants. Pool area was spotless and an ideal location to chill out in for the week. The greenery and palm trees around the pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was so well equipped for our stay with a large living area and kitchen and even better filtered water on tap!!! So no lugging around those massive 3L bottles. Truly a wonderful stay! We'll 100% be back.

The apartment had all the amenities you could need and was exceptionally clean! The pool area was also incredibly clean and was easy to get a lounger. The staff were brilliant, we were able to check in 2 hours early and we were able to still use the pool and gym facilities after we checked out to continue sunbathing and then get ready before heading to our flights. The bed was also incredibly comfy. It was also only a short walk to the beach, bars and a supermarket and a great location.

Disappointment we didn't get an apartment with a balcony.

The property was easy to find and in a good location only a short walk from the beach, restaurants and bars and opposite a lovely park. Also several shops close by. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful with storing luggage and arranging early check in and communicating this with us via Whatsapp. The accommodation and grounds were clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked, with hot drinks supplied as a nice touch. The pool and pool area was very clean and washed down every morning along with the sunbeds, of which there were plenty.

The uphill walk from the beach but it certainly helped get our steps in for the day.

Booked to stay the night before coming as it was a very last minute family trip. We were very surprised by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. It really felt fresh and modern we couldn’t fault it at all. The most memorable thing about this place though is the staff. First class, helpful and genuine people who work here and make it what it is. Our daughter managed to lock herself in the bathroom and within minutes we had two guys over keeping her calm and helping. We requested a cot upon check in and once again within minutes another friendly man was out, set it all up in the best place in the apartment and then informed us the maid would be round with the cot sheet and blanket. If anyone saw us struggling with the pram on the stairs they were straight there to offer help, this includes the house keepers. We were offered extra washing/dishwasher tablets and towels due to us placing a privacy card on the door, they were very attentive but discreet. The pool area was lovely although there was no umbrellas provided for shade. We made it work by moving into the shaded areas but having umbrellas really would have been a plus. Pool temperature was on the colder side but it was lovely and refreshing and we made full use of it. The hotel is set up a hill which we found was manageable with a pram and shopping but just something to be aware of. The park opposite the hotel is lovely and we enjoyed a few hours at selwo marina. The nicest places to eat around the hotel are in the marina which you can reach by walking or bus/taxi. We found the beach area and restaurants by the hotel not completely to our taste. For coffee/pastries there’s a gorgeous little spot called Granier which is a few minutes walk away. We went there every morning!

We really would have benefited from umbrellas at the pool area. We also didn’t like the 8 euro charge for towels. I feel like it should be more of a deposit and then you get it back once the towel is returned. These are very small negatives on a brilliant stay.

The apartment was clean and fresh. We used to live in Arroyo for 6 years and left Feb 2023, so was very familiar with the area. Kitchen well stocked with Utensils etc. They thought of everything you might need. We only made tea and coffee. Definitely would recommend this property. Bus stop outside the property handy. Reception staff very friendly.

Bathroom a little small. Shower tray was slippery when getting off the shower tray, especially with the soap on it. We then just took our time getting out. Perhaps a shower mat could be made available for guests if they are nervous of falling over.

Very nice location, 5 min walk from the beach, in front of a beautiful park, very clean room, well equipped, friendly helpful staff, special note to Pablo at the reception. Quiet in apartment, balcony was towards the street so of course you hear traffic when outside. Grocery store 10 min walk up the hill (also has free parking). Overall a great place to stay for a week or more.
