On arrival I was warmly and personally greeted, and checked in seated on the terrace with a beautiful sea view and a glass of cava. My very classy room had a beautiful terrace. All staff were warm, welcoming and kind, and treated guests as family members. The location is truly stunning with beautiful sea views. Food is fabulous with a wide range of options - from best ever eggs benedict to Spanish delicacies, to lobster salad and fillet steak. The spa is stunning and the massages highly recommended. There is even a complimentary electric car and bikes for guests to borrow.Truly memorable and I will definitely return.

There is nothing at this hotel which I could fault.

After reading very positive opinions at Booking.com we were expecting a nice hotel, but Vincci hotel has exceeded our expectations. We have spent 7 nights there and there was not even one thing we were not happy about. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with big bathroom and nice taras facing the sea. Food during both, breakfast and dinner was of the top quality with nice variety and high quality products.Service was like Michelin star restaurant. Coffee was very good and before dinner there was always glass of cava offered by the house. Life music makes dinner even more pleasant. Room was nicely made 2 times a day. We really appreciated the sound isolation as we have never heard our neighbours. SPA is not big but well organised and really relaxing. Whole environment of the hotel is nice and relaxing but what really made our stay special was the hospitality. We travel a lot and this level of hospitality is really rear. Since the first step in the reception till our departure we were treated like most welcomed family members. All our requests were treated immediately.There is nothing impossible for these guys and they treat their guests like a royalty. We add Vincci Aleysa to our short list of best hotels.

Nothing really to complain about

Rooms: The rooms at the hotel were nothing short of spectacular. Elegantly designed, with luxurious furnishings and thoughtful details that made you feel right at home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the spacious layout made it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Málaga. Everything was meticulously clean, and the modern amenities added a touch of convenience to the already lavish experience. View: The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Whether gazing out at the sparkling Mediterranean Sea or taking in the stunning cityscape of Málaga, the scenery was mesmerizing. I spent hours simply sitting by the window, watching the sunset over the horizon, which was a perfect end to every day. Breakfast: The breakfast was a highlight in itself. The selection was extensive, offering everything from freshly baked pastries and local cheeses to perfectly cooked eggs and a variety of fruits. The quality of the food was top-notch, and it was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used. The atmosphere in the dining area was equally as impressive, with attentive staff making sure your every need was met. I couldn't have asked for a more delightful start to the day.

I have nothng bad to say

Splendid little gem of a hotel. The small size means that it always seems peaceful and tranquil (that suited us absolutely perfectly but may not be everyone's cup of tea). As almost all the rooms have their own loungers, there was never the slightest problem getting a sunbed by the pools, even though the hotel was completely full during our stay and the early November weather was perfect. Always plenty of towels to hand - no messing about with towel vouchers etc. No wait to sign for drinks etc - the waiters all knew which room we were in. All the staff we interacted with were excellent - polite, very friendly and well-trained. We had a small medical issue during our stay and reception organised a doctor to be in our room within 30 minutes, and then followed up afterwards with calls to the clinic we needed to visit. Breakfast and dinner were top-notch. For a short break it's perfect - close to the airport so no long taxi rides. We'll be back!

The only real downside for us is the local area. There's a nice chiringuito on the beach just outside the hotel but otherwise not much else in the way of quality restaurants in easy walking distance. We were very happy just staying in the hotel though and relaxing. Oh and a small thing is that there were hardly any plug sockets in our room.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. The service and staff treat you like royalty! From the welcome drink to the exceptional breakfast and the restaurant which rivals any Michelin mention restaurant, and the sea view rooms... and the customer friendly touches like free bikes, and complimentary beach lounge accommodations, just some examples. Highly recommend this hotel! A hint however, if I had booked directly with the hotel, they would have included free parking and a discounted rate!

The 5 star service reflected in everything they offered!

Never disappoints from the moment you arrive until you have to say farewell to the wonderful team here. Stayed at the hotel many times. It’s a lovely bit of luxury with only a handful of rooms, it gets booked up quickly. Decided to stay half board and the food and service was exceptional. Big thanks for your all the staff who always provide a warm, welcoming and superb service. This hotel will always be one we will kept returning to. Big Thanks to Maria and her team.

Most of the staff is super, especially Borja, Filipe, Sonia, Isidro and Carlos were all super. Thanks to them our stay was great. The location is fabulous, views are great.

A few of the staff members unfortunately were a bit indifferent. Probably a bit more training is needed. The experience was inconsistent, depending on who was attending to you. Some the fixtures in the hotel need repair, on the walls you can make out the wear. At this price point, this should be kept up and fresh.

The staff is consistently friendly, with Borja demonstrating particular professionalism and accommodatingness. The breakfast is exceptional. The cleanliness and fresh-smelling environment of our room were also noteworthy, and we would like to express our gratitude to Melany for her attentive service. The room upgrade on my birthday was a pleasant surprise. We will certainly return this year.

Clean, comfortable and excellent staff, great facilities and breakfast and good relatively quiet location

We were in a first floor room and for a few nights had someone very inconsiderate in the room above who seemed to enjoy scraping furniture along the floor and walking around in hard soled footwear for some reason. Obviously not the hotels fault but it was very annoying and hard to believe that someone staying in a 5 star hotel would be so selfish

Fantastic high end luxury hotel that caters for the personal touch. Outstanding location and with stunning rooms, views and facilities. The staff here are the best you could hope for and operate as a team to endure their guests leave wanting to return. Been coming back to this hotel for a few years now. Tried others in area and none have lived up to this hotel.

The private hotel beach was not set up in May which was a little disappointing. The weather was perfect for the added luxury. The hotel did accommodate another area down the beach with a voucher system.
