The location is excellent. Straight onto the strip but quiet at night to get a good sleep. Hotel staff friendly, efficient, and professional Rooms spotless , large enough, and beds very comfortable. Have stayed twice so far this year and booked again twice for 2025. Wouldn't stay anywhere else

The only downside I found this time was not enough sun beds for the number of residents, but if you're up at 10 when they open, you will get one but not guaranteed if you arrive later on during the day. Weekends are worse than weekdays, but that's the only slight negative I would give

Absolutely cracking little place if you’re looking for a great location in party central. Great amenities and value for money. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Apartment was clean and functional with everything we needed. A 2 minute walk and you are on the beach, pool was beautiful just too cold to use. No floaties allowed in the pool so difficult to entertain kids in there. Pool side bar/cafe also fab. Also impressed with the security of the whole place, card key entry through the gate was a nice touch considering what’s outside the gate.

Unfortunately the noise from the strip was too much to get any sleep and does go on all night. (Got to be expected with the close location). If I ever returned it would not be with children. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and not enough pillows/towels for all of us (more given when asked). No floaties etc in the pool so could not entice the children in, it was very cold due to the time of year. The Sea was warmer, the pool could do with being heated.

Apts are massive,kitchen has large fridge freezer, hotplate, microwave toaster, kettle , coffe machine, washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes maiden, huge bacony, sofa bed in living room, table and chairs, bedroom with double bed, another room 2 single beds, bathroom has a basin with vanity unit, hairdryer walk in shower and toilet. Also utility room, booked for 4 days ended up staying an extra 3 days, couldnt fault it. Situated by behind ROCKSTAR and JUMPING JACKS BARS.

Great stay

I loved the location, the apartment, the air con, the staff, especially David and Victor at the bar.

Sadly there were two young male groups in the hotel. They were obnoxious, loud and rude. They were throwing each other in the pool, deliberately splashing around to annoy the other guests. This is a family hotel and spoilt it for me. Other than that it was a perfect stay! Additionally, towels should not be allowed to be put on loungers for the whole day. It was impossible to get loungers for the whole family as people put them on and then don’t use them, they are just reserved by them in case they decide to use them. That’s not fair.

Excellent location, very central and spacious apartments. Have to say a massive thank you to Jesus on reception , he went above and beyond for us , so professional and helpful, an absolute asset to your business . Can't thank him enough . J & E

Spacious clean apartment. Big balcony with sea view. Modern kitchen and bathroom. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

You won't find a better location than this for the price that you pay, its at the end of the strip so within a 2 min walk of all the lively bars but far enough away that you dont hear music until 6am or get any drunken riff raff when you're at the hotel. It's also less than a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel rooms and facilities were great, very modern, spacious, and clean. The pool area is nice, comfortable loungers and mini bar that serves food and drinks for most of the day. Beds were all comfortable, I had the sofa bed and still slept well every night. This was my 4th visit to Benidorm, and this was the best place I have stayed, whether you are a group or a couple. The staff seemed a bit wary of us at first because we were a group of 9 lads, but once they got to know us and saw that we weren't there to cause trouble they were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with anything we needed.

My only fault, although very minor, is that they could do with having more loungers around the pool. The pool opens at 10am and the loungers get taken pretty quickly. We were a group of 9 so it was difficult to all get a sun bed, but if you are an early riser then it shouldn't be an issue to get one.

Arrived at 1am in the morning and the booking in process was swift and efficient. Apartment was clean and comfortable, well equipped with a lovely Sea view. Excellent location near to the nightlife, shops and beach.

Air con unit in our apartment 12A did not work correctly. Despite numerous trips to reception, following advice given in order to rectify the issue it still continued to pour out bucket lots of water and we had to paddle to the bathroom or put buckets ad saucepans under it. Apartment was not that comfortable temperature wise ( June visit) Engineer was organised o one occasion but unsure if he actually came as problem persisted. In the end had to purchase our own fans. Could also improve on the food served at the pool.
