Lovely little hotel, very modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was small-ish but lovely, still lots of choice (cereal, toast, pastries, pancakes, full breakfast, a small selection of meats & cheeses, tea, coffee, juice). The hotel pool is small but nice. Great location for both the strip and the beach front, lots of little supermarkets, cafes & shops available nearby. We were lucky enough to have a corner room and our balcony was huge! Air con was great, the showers were amazing, so powerful (better water pressure than my shower at home!)

Hotel noise was sometimes quite loud (hen/stag parties) and could sometimes hear noise from the streets below. However, this wasn’t a huge issue really (bring ear plugs!) and is expected as it’s a hotel on the Benidorm strip! The pool also doesn’t get much sun, there is a solarium however only a handful of beds up there with nothing else and it doesn’t look the cleanest (probably not at the top of the to-do list as it isn’t often used - again, understandable!)

Very clean, staff were lovely. Food was very nice especially the food down by the pool. We didn't get a pool side view - i added a picture of our view. The noise didn't bother is at all once you close the balcony door. Air con was very good in the room. New towels everyday. I have to say the cleaners are excellent. All staff really were very good.

The beds. It's two single beds and they move so easily... you could be on the floor in the middle of them while sleeping and you get some fight. Pool was cold but grand after 5 mins

Really clean hotel! Very friendly staff and right by the strip so perfect for a party holiday. Can be noisy at night but if you’re there to be partying then it’s not a problem and we had no issues with it. Beds were very comfy and it had all the facilities that you need. We arrived at 11am and check in wasn’t until 3pm but the hotel has storage for the bags and you get to use the pool and all the facilities before you can check into your room which made it so easy for us. The breakfast was also really nice and the man bringing out the food was also so happy every morning and put a smile on our faces. I will definitely be returning here!!

We loved everything about the hotel.

This was a last minute booking due to a change in our previous accommodation. On entering the hotel the staff were very welcoming. check-in was not but 3 pm but we could leave our cases in a room next to reception. Could not fault the room - we were on the ground floor overlooking the pool area. Room was spotless with towel change every day if needed. The location is within a 5 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants but far enough away so not bothered by any noise. Late check out is possible for a small fee right up until 6 pm which we took advantage of.

No fridge in the room - if you want one it is €5 per day.

Location is amazing. Party atmosphere. Good music. Relaxed hotel . Beds comfy. Rooms cleaned thoroughly daily . We would definitely stay again. Please respect the staff they work very hard to make sure you have a good time . We really appreciated our stay thank you.

It’s not a quiet hotel at any side but we didn’t mind this at all !!! And they do not take card at the poolside bar only cash fyi :)

Fantastic 3 night stay for a group of 11 women. Location is great, very clean, bar is reasonably prices and the staff we're Fantastic, very polite and ready to help at any moment. We were worried about noise before going because of the location but heard nothing and not woken up once, slept very well all 3 nights. Would recommend to anyone looking to go to benidorm.

Excellent Hotel. Spotlessly clean. The best buffet breakfast I've seen and had even in 4*star hotels. Food was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd like to say a special thank you to Sylvia and Katyia at Reception who were always very helpful if you needed anything. Very reasonably priced Hotel. We stayed there for a week and really enjoyed it. A lovely large swimming pool but a bit cold! The pool area was good with lots of sunbeds that wern't snapped up at 6 in the morning! There was a bar near the pool that did burgers and pizza, chips etc. I don't usually eat burgers but I had one there and it was lovely. A lovely hotel.

As retired people, we didn't realise that the Hotel was in the centre of the Strip where all the bars and clubs were. The location was VERY noisy, bars all around and open until 6-7am. We hardly had any sleep as there was a bar right opposite our room that didn't open until 2200! OK for young people but not retired unless you like that kind of thing! Only because of the location and that I'm retired, I'd choose a hotel in a quiter area next time.

It’s in a great location, plenty of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Nothing, yes it can be a little noisy with but that is mainly people being inconsiderate, not the hotels fault and really, you wouldn’t expect it to be quiet in Benidorm!

It is right in the heart of everything The staff are extremely helpful and so welcoming we go ever year and they will go out of their way to accommodate whatever we ask for Rooms are large and cleaned daily

Not something that the hotel can do anything about but The nightclub red dog opposite is open all night until early hours so if you have a room that side it can be quite hard to sleep as sometimes there can be trouble when people are leaving

The staff Happy and friendly nothing to much trouble prices were fair at the bar. Every where was clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable, overall very pleased with last minute choice. There were mixed ages of guest which made it more comfortable to stay there for us older ladies. The area was close but not too close to night life.

The silly irritating man in charge, in the breakfast room it was funny at first but he didn't stop saying happy happy happy may of been fun if there were children about, after 4 days I was so glad he had day off. and he was very rude to staff in front of us. No where to plug kettle in unless you put it on floor.
