Great value for the price. Nice room size and fully soundproof. The hotel is near to the beach and the party, but as said before would hear no noise at all. The food was amazing! Different options every day and the tematic dinners were superb! Would definitely recommend this place.

Lunch and dinner hasn't drinks included. It's not expensive at all, you can get a bottle of wine and keep it for the next meal if not finished, and I dont mind paying for drinks and alcohol, but not having water and charging more per small bottle than per alcohol should be criminal.

Hotel is in a fab position. A 15-20 minute walk into Old Town but central enough for all the good bars and restaurants but not near crazy town. 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this hotel for location. Food is fabulous, with a great selection of hot and cold options. Very comfy beds, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had. Hotel is spotless and very clean. Thoroughly deserved to be 4*. Will definitely return.

The security guy around the pool can be a bit much. Has a shirt with Kontrol on the back, should say control freak!!

Lovely hotel, perfect location, very clean and well maintained inside and out. Our room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were excellent. We stayed full board and the food choices were very good and plentiful, there was something there for even the pickiest eater. Alcoholic drinks are all well known brands and very reasonably priced. The Philippines 10 Nightclub that adjoins the hotel has excellent shows and again the drinks are very good. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely helpful staff. Especially Eliana on reception. Lovely sunny big balcony with pool view. Food really nice but some day's their wasn't enough choice. Great tribute show's in venue underneath hotel. No entrance fee. Moulon Rouge/ Edele/ Rod Stewart/ Neil Diamond. Bed's very comfortable. Room cleaned every day. Would go bck. In great location. No stags or hen's. So was quiet. Safe €20. Gave us a bottle of water leavin for the airport.

Found air con noisy in our room. Having to pay for towels for bed's and safe.

Spotlessly clean and far enough away from the noise and bustle of the strip. Great rooms with daily maid service. Definitely glad we had a pool view room

The only thing I thought was annoying that no water was supplied at dinner or water stations around the hotel. Pool was a bit too small to accommodate number of guests at full capacity and the towels in sunbeds very annoying, especially when left for hours with no one coming to sit on them. Food was great. Something for everyone in my opinion.

I loved everything from the moment we arrived till the minute we left the staff were just fantastic

This is just a silly thing and it is only because of what I have at home, I just didn't find the pillows very comfortable they are flat and not very soft and I often found myself waken up trying to get comfortable, again as I said it's a silly thing as I've feather plumped pillows on my own bed.

Amazing hotel. Spotless and comfortable. Brilliant rooms and housekeeping. The staff where just fantastic too. Fantastic food and excellent location. Couldn't fault it all except the lifts seemed to have a mind of there own at times

The lifts where a tad slow but still wouldn't put that down as a fault. Every last thing exceeded expectations and I wouldnt want to stay anywhere but here when I return. I stayed here 3 times. 17 days in total over a period of 6 weeks.

Spotlessly clean throughout, really friendly staff, food excellent, quiet pool area restricted to guests only and though it was only a few metres from “the strip” once you closed your balcony door at night you couldn’t hear a thing. Also very reasonable drink prices in the bars (€2 a pint from 12-20.00)

Nothing to dislike

Lovely hotel with comfy rooms. The pool area was very clean and attractive. There was fantastic entertainment every evening. We ended up staying at the hotel nightclub, Phillipines 10 because the acts were so good.

The only downside was the standard of the food, especially in the evenings. Plenty of choice but it was all very unappetising and nothing stood out as really good or tasty. The breakfast tried to cater for all tastes, but the eggs were always overcooked, bacon overcooked and cheap sausages served. Not really what I expected.
