There is a lot of parking space available at the hotel. Parking spaces in Burgos can be tricky to find, but not at this hotel.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Previous experience shows the prize is way too much for what is served. We might be a little biased by being used to breakfast at Norwegian hotels. Avoid room 101, it is situated just above the reception. The hotel is poorly noise attenuated, so you hear scraping noise every time the sliding door opens and closes. You also hear people talking in the reception.

Location was good and a nice long walk into town along the river,

No one explained what you had to do at breakfast, it would have been better to have served your self. It was a long wait before we got something to eat and no chance of a second cup of coffee or tea. Lovely restaurant to eat in in the evenings but be aware as to the way the Spanish eat. If you order the suckling leg of lamb that's all you get no potatoes, veg etc. The restaurant is somewhat pricey.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Did not eat and stayed only 1 night so can’t comment on that. A little bit noisy if your room overlooks the outside seating but there was no noise late at night. Would recommend and would return.

Don’t serve food in the evening until 9pm. We had to get to bed early to get up for our onward journey so would have liked to be able to eat earlier.

Sensational location. Wish we’d had the view of the square major but it was still great. Best room we’ve been in so far.

The address given was to the square major, when we arrived we were told to then go and get the keys which we had already past the location. Left husband with all the suitcases. 85 years age And had to walk back again to get keys. Messy. Then the original address was wrong. Fortunately a local waiter showed us the correct location.

The hotel was lovely, well located. The number 5 bus stops near the hotel and takes you all the way to the city centre for just a euro twenty centimes. A lot of parking available nearby. Staff at reception were excellent and very helpful. The staff at the bar and cafe could be a bit more accommodating to clients who don’t speech Spanish. Breakfast was okay

What a lovely surprise this hotel turned out to be. It was in a quiet part of the city, with easy and safe parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driving from UK to Portugal, this was our second night stop, myself and the friend I was travelling said that we would most definitely make this hotel our regular stopping place. Plus stay for longer to explore what seems like a beautiful city.

The restaurant was first class and judging by the number of locals enjoying themselves there a very popular eatery. Our lunch was exceptional. The breakfast was okay.

A tea/coffee facility in the room would have been a bonus.A place we have returned to having stayed here in March 2023 returning from Fuengirola after our 3 month stay enroute to Santander. This time we were on our way to Fuengirola for our 4 month stay winter sojourn! Our dog particularly likes this pet friendly hotel.

Receptionist was helpful beyond the normal customer service. Room was spacious and able to accommodate not only us but our XL greyhound. Good quiet location. Although parking is not included, there is plenty of free parking on the street and in anempty lot next to the hotel.

Easy to find and very comfortable. Had a steak type restaurant but else nothing nearby for snacks or coffee etc. There was a bar but not always open. We went in February and were the only ones down for breakfast but it was ok.

Nowhere near for drink/snack after a long drive.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Burgos. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Receptionist was super helpful. Other staff, very pleasant. Exceptional value for money.

In the evening the restaurant doesn’t open until 9pm. Too late for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. Not the hotel’s fault, but it’s not really close enough to walk into the city centre for an evening meal.
