The hotel is in a perfect location, 10 min walk from the middle of old-town, in a quiet area with parks and some bars around. The room was spacious, bigger than a what I expected. Everything was super clean, towels changed every day, shower gel provided. There was a lot of room to hang or store clothes. We got our room before the official check-in, and also they could store our luggage after checkout. We haven't tried breakfast, but it was a very good deal, only 9EUR extra, and smelled amazing.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room very clean, modern and spacious. Plenty of plug sockets. Lovely view from window of cathedral. In easy walking distance from main attractions and bus station.

Easy to locate by car, secure car parking underground, large parking spaces. The staff were exceptional and supplied the best price deal when we asked for breakfast & parking. The hotel location to the Cathedral was brilliant, just a 7 min walk. Close to local amenities. Comfortable beds.

As usual in Spain no kettle , or tea making facilities, no Iron or board. No safe. However we didn’t particularly need these for our 1 night stay.

Our room was on the 9th floor with a great view towards the cathedral, so no complaints there. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Beds we very soft and comfortable. We used the hotel parking which was good with easy access back up to the reception area. Staff were friendly, helpful and at least bi=lingual.

Good location just 5 mins walk to edge of old town, 10 mins into central old town. Room was clean with comfy beds and a full size bath, great after a long walk up to the castle and round town. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and spoke excellent English.

I was disappointed that the bar is no longer open. It’s still there on the ground floor but not operating.

Close to the bus station and many great things to see. Staff were very helpful to enable me to see many monuments to El Cid in a very tight time frame. Loved the terrace attached to our room. The views were amazing!! Breakfast was fantastic - loved the little touch of having individual tongs... Genius!

The hotel is very well located. Easy access to the centre (Plaza Mayor) as well to other attractions. Has a good private parking and staff is very warm and pleasant. The room was big and beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Very quiet. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Good location for Hotel in Burgos , 5 minutes to central rambla and Catherdal área. Área very quiet , staff very helpful and secure parking on site and easily accessible. Breakfast very tasty and plenty of hot and cold choices. Comfortable stay

The Bathroom was clean but a bit worn and require a upgrade refurbishment.

We went at a time when the prices had been tripled due to a major event. There seemed to be a deli but it was never open.

Our room had a fantastic view! One of the top floor, facing the center: Cathedral visible all the time. Gorgeous. Not expensive in January at least. Worth the price.

No mini-fridge, no electric kettle Guests not allowed into the room (understandable, and there is a leisure area near the reception for that).
