I absolutely loved the hotel, it was stunning and the staff were amazing, the food choice was really good as were the cocktails.

My ONLY problem with the hotel was I was travelling with my 2 sisters and I booked a suite so the 3 of us could share a bedroom and living room, the room wasstated as a 37 metre suite, A suite by definition is 2 rooms however this hotel the rooms are all called suites and they are just average size bedrooms with a small sofa and in oir case an extra fold away bed. I would never have booked this room had I known that, as it was way too small for 3 grown adults. I think theyreally need to make sure guests ARE AWARE that they are not 37 metre suits at all, but that is my only criticism.

The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. Every room has an amazing view over Portals and Palma bay, The breakfast is excellent, very nicly presented fresh fruit, yoghurts, breads, pastries and lots of cooked options. The lunch we had in the pool bar was also top quality. All the staff are very pleasant and looked after us so well during our stay.

The position of the hotel is above the Portals Nous village and a good 20 mins walk to the Puerto Portals. It's good exercise on the way back as it is all up hill but in the evening it is easy to get a taxi back from the port so wasn't an issue.

Fantastic service throughout the hotel, the breakfasts were delicious, the cleanliness of the hotel throughout was excellent and a very friendly vibe. A great lunch menu and the food was always fresh and tasty. Very comfortable sun loungers with plenty of fresh towels.

The pool was on the small side and very refreshing (cold) hence why it wasn't often used by anyone. Apparently the Spanish law is that you're not allowed to heat an outside pool unless by solar panels, so I would suggest solar panels are needed. Would have preferred it to have been nearer to the beach and marina. Had one evening meal at the hotel, not great. I would seriously recommend that you venture out to the many fantastic local restaurants

Staying at Portals Hills was an amazing experience and I can’t praise enough how much I would recommend to book a stay there. Whether you are traveling with children or without Portals Hills meets all expectations. The staff especially Mariana, is so utterly kind and never fails to put a smile on your face. The rooms are clean and modern, as is the hotel itself. What we especially liked was that it didn’t give off a busy atmosphere due to being a boutique hotel. Lastly, I truly recommend the yacht experience with Portals Hills. We booked the sunset tour and it was definitely a year highlight. The views from the boat were spectacular and Juanma the Captain was also really nice. 10/10 recommend.

Their selection of food was great however, could perhaps in future expand a little and have more variation.

I loved how attentive the staff were here at portals hills, they couldn’t do enough for you. They are arranged my transport to and from the airport with a car seat for my baby. Special thanks so camlia, I had my 3 month old baby with me and she was so engaging with her. I also loved how clean the hotel was 10/10. Finally if there’s anything you do whilst staying at the hotel, please book a massage it was amazing!

Exceptional property. Beautiful decor and 5* service from start to finish. Staff are exceptional and go over and above to provide the best customer experience. Food in the hotel is fantastic and the cocktails are delicious. Stayed here several times and will return again.

Excellent staff who were very polite always helpful.

Sun loungers reserved around the pool and not used all day meant other guests didn’t have an opportunity to be by the pool. The remaining beds are at the other side of the restaurant and it feels out of place.

This is a fabulous hotel, the rooms and service are outstanding. The staff are the best staff I have ever come across in a hotel,they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The location is fantastic and the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. We stayed here for our Honeymoon and we couldn’t of chose anywhere better. The breakfast is also fabulous on a beautiful terrace. Thank you for making our honeymoon perfect ❤️

This is an amazing hotel. Very boutique but so clean with a fabulous pool beck and open plan bar. Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast amazing. Staff were fabulous and so attentive. Daily replenished mini bar is an added bonus.

Drinks on the slightly expensive side.

Everything was fantastic... but the staff and team made it that bit extra. Super hotel with great quality and facilities, but without the stuffiness! Highly recommend based on the team and the overall vibe! Also a pleasant surprise was how kid friendly the hotel was...
