The staff are very friendly & informative. You can charge your EV in the hotel car park of your party the parking fee, which is really handy.

We had to ask four times for a bed to be made up for our 14 year old son. This was as per the booking & should have been done prior to our arrival. When we got to the room they had put a baby’s crib in there. Not a problem but it should have been rectified far more quickly. Parking is an issue here with very limited spaces but a secure, paid for car park is directly underneath the hotel (€7.50).

Travelling with a dog can be stressful, many establishments accept but don't 'welcome' this went far and beyond that, firstly informed was on a special floor for dogs....went to the room - was Junior Suite! couldn't believe the facilities and size, so clean and then....to be able to step out onto a long terrace for the dogs to exercise was amazing!

ok if you push me could have had a kettle in the room for tea / coffee but that would not put me off going there again and yes I'm British so always like a cuppa!

There was nothing to dislike — it’s a beautiful hotel. We brought our dog, and the pet-friendly rooms are more like suites, complete with a spacious balcony that runs the length of the building. It was lovely sitting out there in the afternoon sun. The food in the restaurant is very good. The area is remote, with only houses and the golf course within walking distance, so don’t expect bars, restaurants, or shops nearby — but that peacefulness is part of the charm.

We had a junior suite. Worth every penny. Large room, big and comfortable bed, sofa, 2 chairs, table, good bathroom with a clever design. Dog friendly if you stick to the atrium restaurant for dinner and breakfast which we did. Both were excellent and they even provided gluten-free bread with our Express breakfast (coffee, orange juice and tostada).

Everything was wonderful.

Good conference hotel, located outside, large rooms, ample parking around the hotel, fridge (mini-bar) in the room, used by tour groups (which didn't bother me). Just a short car ride to go to Salamnca town.

Couldn't use the small gym because the light went out after 3 minutes and the motion sensor was at the entrance only; outside the hotel partly unpleasant odour from a (?) cattle processing plant

The room is big and clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied and the outside pool is super. We were also lucky because it was very good weather, so we could fully enjoy it. I also like that it is so easy to park the car there and it is for free. The personnel is super friendly. It was not my first time in this hotel and it will not be the last, it has a very high ratio quality for money.

I really hated that the internet is so, so, bad!! but that it all I have to say about what I didn't like. The rest is super great.

Wonderful room, very relaxing and accommodating for our dog as well.

No room service between 4pm and 8.30pm....there are no food services nearby, and as we had our dog we could not eat in the restaurant. We drove to Villamayor to find something to eat and at the end of a long drive that was not desirable.

Lovely overnight stay with my husband and my little boy on our way to Portugal. Helpful friendly staff. Good restaurant for our evening meal. Lovely breakfast however even though my husband only had a cup of coffee we were charged for a full breakfast make sure you make good use of it if you choose to have one. Lovely large clean room comfy bed. We will be back

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Only there for one night as travelling back from Portugal. It was nice to have some luxury. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. Parking easy & shaded. Dog friendly in the room with bowls provided. Lovely walk with our dog down by the river.

Spacious room, very clean and tidy, nice place to stopover near to the motorway. Welcomed us and our dog

No food available except on room service until 8pm. No tea and coffee in the room or even glasses for water. That’s the only small detail, everything else was great
