The studio was very spacious and had a very useful kitchenette. The breakfast was very good but the breakfast room was absolutely raucous. The location was good - it was right across from the intercity bus station and about a 15 minute walk from the old city. There were also several shops nearby to pick up things like milk, snacks, water, etc.

The coffee wasn't very good. The machine in the room was a massive, noisy Nespresso (or similar) contraption that couldn't be used to heat water unless it had a capsule in it - all that to produce one of the tiny 1/3 cup size servings of coffee. A simple plug in kettle would have been much more useful, without all of the bells and whistles.

This is a hotel in the university area which is open and well kept. The hotel is clean, comfortable, has its own restaurant, a good breakfast, and the bus stop into town is a 2 minute walk away and town is a 10 minute ride. Regular service, cheap and runs till late evening. We were able to park our car in one of the side streets so did not have to pay the heavy car park charges and just used the bus for a few days. Check in and out was easy and efficient. As we had our own car, it was much easier staying here than in a more central location.

We were a bit taken aback by the charges for the car park. And the restaurant / breakfast area did not serve black tea. The bar which was open at the same time did, so it was just a short walk out of the breakfast room to get it. Getting tea is a regular problem for those of us who prefer it to coffee but not a major one.

We paid for the onsite underground parking which had a lift directly into the hotel, very handy when you have lots of luggage. There is a Carrefour 5 mins walk away as well as a few cafés & takeaways. The walk into the old town & plaza mayor was around 20 mins. The room itself was comfortable, beds good, only one pillow but I got another from reception.

There was a 2 ring hob but very little kitchen equipment, we used the one small pan to boil water for tea, there is also a microwave & a large fridge

Room key was a bit hit and miss, maybe old and needed replacing. I hoped to have lunch outside in the terrace area, the waitress said I could. I sat there for a while without any sign of service. It was only when I went inside and asked for a menu was I told that it wouldn't be open for a good hour. ..too late for my travel connection

The place was a comfortable and clean studio with its own kitchen. It was really useful. The couch in the living room area was also a nice touch. The place is next to the bus station, which also had some restaurants and shops open late at night. As I was in Salamanca on business, the working table was also comfortable and I could be productive.

There are some areas where the room could be better. The kitchen has all the dishes and cutlery a person needs, but there was nothing to clean it after use. A paper towel just isn't enough, especially if you eat something greasy. The lamp at the, otherwise elegant dark wood working area table, was so dim, that didn't really help when I wanted to read at night. And the breakfast offer was just average.

I arrived late in the evening so I really appreciated there being a person on reception, so many budget hotels nowadays just have door codes. I chose the hotel because it was very near the bus station, it was a nice surprise to discover there was a fridge and cooking facilities. There is also a restaurant but I didn’t use it.

Some people might prefer to be nearer the historical centre but it wasn’t a long walk and for me it was more important to be near the bus station

The property is right across the road from the bus station. Perfect as we were arriving late by coach. It's also walking distance from Plaza Meyor. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for us.

The room was a bit dim, especially in the kitchen area. The kitchen was functional, but limited.

Very well appointed

The barman/waiter was surly and very ignorant… not once did he come and ask if we wanted anything .. we had to call him over. He literally plonked our meals on the table and walked off. I have to find my own condiments. I accept that he may have been busy but his attitude towards my friend and I was unacceptable.

Across street from bus station for arriving and leaving. Within walking distance from all points of interest, well served by bus and taxi. We were able to check in at 10:00 after an overnight bus ride from France. Supermarkets nearby.

When phoning the hotel you get a message in Spanish which stops you from talking to anyone. The message we found out tells you to press 1 if you would like to speak to the hotel!

The room is cozy have everything you need for a great week in Salamanca and beds are super comfy 😃 Staff polite and kind and cool Waiters at the restaurant 😊

A kettle was missing in the room. The rest was perfect 😊
