Location was fab right by main plaza Good buffet breakfast Bed was comfy. Victor on reception kindly emailed the town council my motorbike registration number in case I had strayed into controlled areas (they are everywhere) to say I was a lost visitor. Very kind of him and hope it helps me avoid fines.

Bathroom badly designed. Had a bidet but if you want to use it you need to chop off one leg! A small thing that's really annoying is NO toilet brush! The only hotel so far not to have one. If my aim is off it's nice to leave the toilet the way you find it!! Very poor in my opinion hence low score for facilities.

Hotel has amazing loction, just a few steps from the main square, very close to all tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with variety of cheese, ham, fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages ets. Room is spacious, we enjoyed view from the window. Bed is comfy, nice blanket and pillows. Almost all was very good and even excellent. The one and only downside was bathroom. I don't know who decided that semi-transparant bathroom door without any lock and gap of 2 cm between doors is a good idea for twin room, but it was strange and not very comfortable. We prefer more privacy ))

Location was absolutely perfect. Veronica was very helpful throughout our stay and made sure that everything was perfect.

We decided to stay at this hotel for an additional night. Our A/C unit was not working properly, we did notify the young man in the front desk and he stated he would have maintenance staff check it out. During our second night, we noticed it was still not working properly, therefore, we slept in a warm room.

Almost a perfect hotel. In the very center of the city, with a lot of sightseeing spots and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was better than in some German 4-star hotels (although it is a 3-star hotel). They even give a large breakfast to go for those who check out too early. WLAN and TV functioned perfectly. It was very dark and quite in the room at night so that one can sleep without any problems. The room was cleaned up every day. Soap and shampoo were available in the sufficient quantity. Air conditioning kept temperature at pleasant 23 degrees Celcius in spite of heat outside.

Really tiny rooms.

The room was cozy and offered basic necessities. A good place to stay a couple of nights. The hotel is right on Plaza Mayor so there is no better location to stay in Salamanca. There are plenty of good restaurants within a few meters. Parking is at one of the local parkings away from the hotel. When we arrived, some parkings were complete, but we managed to find one about 400m away. The included breakfast was the best we ever had. Great food selection, fresh and delicious.

Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. 24-hr reception is always a plus too.

Room was very small, but this is only a quibble as it was more than fine for a few nights (and is probably why staying there is good value for money). Also, I'm not a fan of bath/shower combos - would prefer no bath tub and just a shower.

Perfect location in the middle of the city centre. Very clean rooms with great value for money. Breakfast is really good.

The rooms were quite noisy. The mounting of the shower was broken. There is no parking available and nearby parkings are quite expensive. I'd recommend (free) parking at Lidl/Mercadona just South of the centre and taking the bus for a five minute ride.

We got 2 single beds together but we would prefer to have had a one full double bed. Despite that, the beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful, location is great, we got a small pet gift bag, and breakfast was complete enough for us. Thank you!

Our stay at Sercotel Las Torres Plaza Mayor was fantastic. We booked this hotel for the location and view of the Plaza Mayor, but the exceptional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, superb breakfast, and impeccably clean hotel made our stay exceptional.

Although historic buildings can pose limits and challenges for renovation, the only drawback for this hotel is the bathroom. Although there is a door on the bathroom it is a glass swing door which means no privacy in the bathroom.

Somewhat noisy with other guests that had children, We stayed 3 days, it would’ve been nice to have drawers for my clothes, I had to leave them in my suitcase that was on the floor.Not enough closet space
