Almost no-one can compete with good old traditional Minorcan tourist-focused industry, specially when the hotel includes a convenient modern SPA and the employees are nice and fun. Across the street, there is a great cala with a lifeguard so kids can go swimming by themselves, and bonus point the area has almost no traffic. 10 minutes away from the historic city center, you will have much fun discovering a bubbling old town. The island is family oriented, so don't expect the craziness of Ibiza. There are plenty of activities, and much to see if you rent a car. From calm calas in the south to dramatic volcanic sand covered beaches in the north, ideal for surfers.

the service, it was clean, the pool, towel service and parking in place wasn't expensive

they should have more healthy snack available after 4pm, as a pregant woman with reflux I need to eat small quantities very often but they dind't have any healty snack availabe after 4pm and before dinner time, there was no other place I could get anything as supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Also the peaple next to us were quite noisy, we could hear their conversations at 5am every days.

staff were always friendly knowledgeable and helpful. the hotel was spacious modern clean and thoughtfully designed. facilities were not luxury but to a very good standard. the pool was quite big (unheated). the breakfast dinner buffet and bar snacks were generally provided to a good standard with lots of choice for carnivores and vegetarians. the location for us was perfect. sunny a 10 minute walk to town centre and a step to a sea inlet and 3 minute walk to a little town beach

Staff on reception where excellent. Very welcoming and warm greeting on arrival. The hotel room was lovely and spacious and the breakfast was nice with lots of choice. Its a 10-15 minute walk into town from the hotel and we enjoyed this walk most evenings. I would definitely recomend this hotel. Probably not for younger children as its a very quiet hotel, more suitable for couples I think.

There was nothing I did not like, if anything then breakfast could be better in places such as better coffee and often the fruit was a bit frozen still when eating. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

The reception staff are amazing, friendly, patient and could not do more to help! Outstanding! The breakfast has an amazing range with amazing quality. Highly recommend. Hotel facilities are exceptional and beautiful swimming pool. The location is so close to city centre (beautiful walk to be had along to coastlone to the port in evening) with beautiful views to the sea from our room.

This hotel has everything and the service offered, exceptional. If your looking for a hotel in the area cannot stress enough how good this hotel was and the junior suite was ideal. A tiny tiny point, would really have liked a stocked mini bar in the room. But this is a minor point as you can get everything in the hotel.

The hotel Is really stylish and the room as well. The cafetteria and the bar serve good food. The staff is kind and helpful. The area is quiet and not far away from the city centre (10 min. by walk) and Playa Gran is 500 m away from the hotel.

The rooms facing the pool and the cafeteria could have a bit more privacy to them (a sun shade for the balcony could help). Some info (like what is included or not if you eat at the cafeteria) could be given at the check-in.

The food quality was not great, but the staff is super friendly.

The location was very good, near the sea but a walk away from town. The hotel was very clean and the all the staff were excellent, especially the reception, bar and housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very good with a very wide selection to suit everyone. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the terrace bar. I would definitely recommend getting a sea view balcony it is well worth the extra money. The air con and ceiling fan meant the bedrooms were always pleasantly cool.

Very clean, quiet and peaceful 10-15 mins walk through residential areas to centre or 20-25 mins along coast lovely walk to harbour. Got taxi to Cala Morell lovely inlet beach with restaurant Staff at hotel very helpful

Thought the food wasn’t 4* but didn’t worry us too much as mainly ate out at restaurants- breakfast was fine

Good value for money and a comfortable stay overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The buffet in the morning was fine, but the coffee could’ve been better quality.
