The roof top bar was brilliant, easily accessible. Great views from here to see Palma and the sea. The beds all be it a little small were really comfortable. The staff for the most part were really friendly especially those in the roof top bar. They were really kind and helpful.

Only seemed to be one lift next to reception to the floors and was slow, so you could be waiting 5 minutes especially of a morning during breakfast. The rooms are smaller than the pictures make out. Our room was ready at 1pm when we arrived but we were told we were not allowed the keys till 2pm, understand it states that check in is at 2pm but if the room is ready what is the harm in having the keys?

The location was fantastic, easy to get around and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Directly across from the beach, beautiful views from my balcony. The roof top bar with the pool was beautiful, pool was smaller than I expected but the beach is literally across the road so no need for a big pool anyway. The selection of buffet food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Plenty to choose from and tasty.

The room was basic, there was no kettle, I was able to get one but I had to pay a deposit for it, same for the tv remote but I didn’t bother getting that as I was informed all the stations were in German. It would have been nice if there was a blanket in the room, while it was hot when I was there, I felt a sheet was just not enough at night time - I’m sure I could have asked for one but I didn’t. You have to pay for the drinks with your dinner, I asked for a coffee one night and was just told I couldn’t have a coffee, so I drank my own water that I had in my bag but was told that I couldn’t do that and was asked to put it away.

The hotel is very nice place and good location. The breakfast is delicious. But the dinner we had not too much option, but it’s not bad. Thanks for all. Ps: thanks for my birthday cake! ☺️

We did not liked the cleaning, because none the lady never mop ou hoovered the room for take all dirty. Happened one day we needed to go reception to get loo paper. 🙈🙈

Great location, so close to beach and shops. 35 mins bus journey into Palma costing €2 per person. Loads of lovely restaurants around. Staff very helpful. Room extremely clean, beds made and towels changed every day. Pools very clean and views amazing. We had such a good stay. After check out, we could leave our luggage in a room, use pool and facilities all day and have a shower before we went to the airport. Couldn’t fault it.

Could do with another lift!!

The view on a beach from the hotels skybar, while sipping on piňa-colada was amazing. Hotel was clean, working microwave and stove. It was all how i expected it to be, except the hotel view, that was really cool.

Noisy Germans, prices near the beach are "crazy" altho inside the city it got a little better. There was no pilsner urquel, only estrella and other B tier beers.

The room was really nice and the view on the sea from the balcony was stunning. The staff was really helpful and kind. Location of the hotel is really good, just by the beach and several restaurants and shops, it's easy to go to Palma with the bus at a couple of steps of the hotel doors 👍

Every night, there was a smell coming from the shower due to people showering back from the beach so the sand was smelly, but there is nothing we could do about it (maybe having a spray for odours in the bathroom?).

The signage to room , my son was in another room and also a friend was in another room And asked to be moved due to the noise , Billy Morris was his name, I did the full booking and also another friend had same issue but was told quite rude by the man on reception no can do, which is acceptable but the manner was not good

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stops. Short ride to Palma on the bus, a must see

Some staff not overly friendly, wait for lift. Beach sellers can be persistent and cocktail sellers will rip you off if you pay with a note bigger than the price (have exact money or go to the bar).

We stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect close to the beach, bus stop walking distance, close to McDonald which was handy for the kids. Public transport was good. Breakfast was superb! Staff were OK. The AC wasn't working ( old fashion AC in our room 701).

there are a lot of young groups who return to their rooms in the early hours and make a lot of noise!
