It is such a beautiful place! The architecture that resembles the culture of the city, the fact that it has such beautiful decorations, attention to details! Love it!

A bit of noise from the other rooms so thin walls but not a big problem for me!

The hotel was well located to see all the main attractions. The room was a good size and clean with nice linens . The breakfast was good.

The hotel was on a very noisy street. Even with the windows closed, earplugs were necessary. The air conditioner was shut down for winter. Unfortunately with the windows closed, the room was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Opening the windows increased the noise. In summer this would be less of a problem as the air conditioner would be up and running When we asked if we could move to a quieter room the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. The hotel was not full.

A wonderful hotel at the quiet lower end of the Calle Navas, ten minutes easy walk from Bib Rambla Square. The rooms are on three storeys around a glassed-over central courtyard, with a 24-hour reception lobby and very friendly staff. We had one of the upper floor rooms, under the roof beams. Everything was very clean, the bed firm but comfortable, and we got the bath we'd requested too. The place even smells pleasant! We didn't go for the breakfast option, but can recommend the Marisol Cafe a few steps up the street to the right of the hotel for coffees and lunches.

The pillows were quite oddly shaped - one a square and the other a long rectangle - which took a bit of getting used to. There are no kettles in the rooms, but there's a tea-making area on the first-floor landing with teabags, biscuits, and sometimes free pastries which is very good. It would be even better with a proper coffee machine (Nespresso etc), but that might get a bit too popular! Milk sachets would be a bonus too.

Very beautifully restored building and lovely inner courtyard. The room was decorated really tastefully as well and a great size and kept spotlessly clean. We visited in February so the mornings and evenings in Granada can be chilly but the room was nice and cosy. Amazing location in the centro historico, too many incredible tapas bars and restaurants on your doorstep!

It would have been great to have a mirror in the bedroom, not just the bathroom. The shower drain blocked every day so you had to be careful with 2 people showering one after the other! Our room was directly on calle navas which on Fri and Sat night was very noisy with people out bar and tapas hopping - if your room is on the other street or you’re night owls this wouldn’t matter.

I recently stayed at Palacio De Los Navas and while everything about the hotel was fantastic—spacious, clean rooms, a prime location, and top-notch amenities—what truly impressed me was their incredible service. After checking out and traveling to Portugal, I realized I had forgotten my phone in the room safe. Panicked, I called the hotel, and they immediately jumped into action. Rafael quickly located my phone and together with the staff including Nuria they advised me on the best shipping company and arranged to have it shipped to me, keeping me informed throughout the process. Their swift, trustworthy service turned a potential disaster into a stress-free experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its reliability and care in additional to its exceptional cleanliness and perfect location. Mucha mucha Gracias.

Everything was perfect

The location is amazing near apl good restaurant and walking distance from all nice locations. Although it's in a small alley the building is really nice, the sun enters the room and it's amazing. I was in room 22 and it was great for me two windows, clean bathroom and nice sheets, comfy bed. It was one of the best places I stayed in for this price. I asked them to change the sheets and they did right away.

Nothing. Everything is perfect. But always with old buildings bring ear plugs. This placewas way better than any other location fpr noise cancelling, but always bring your own

The staff was very helpful, e.g. providing guidance and tips to visit Granada and La Alhambra. Breakfast was nice (fruit salad, cheese, orange juice, ham, pastries, coffee, etc.). The hotels is located in an old building (old palace), in the city center, but completely refurbished, close to the main touristic sites (Alhambra included).

Though not responsibility of the hotel, one night -and not during the weekend- there was some noise -people in the street (not in the hotel)- talking louder than needed around 1am. Local police should try to get rid of these unpleasant episodes in the city center.

The location was very good. Sandra (I’m pretty sure that was her name) was hugely helpful and cheerful, a perfect ambassador for the hotel. It was quite simple but very clean and value for money.

Small things - the hanging cupboard was only good for shirts etc being only half height, there was no mirror in the room so one could only get ready when the bathroom was free, there were no drawers to put our clothes away. As we were staying for three days this was disappointing. It was very noisy at night. It’s only a small bar opposite the hotel but the noise didn’t stop until 5.15am.

I made a late booking - flooding due to the DANA meant I had to change airports so I came to Granada to catch a flight home. Lovely welcome despite my late arrival from the reception lady. Gorgeous building! Comfy bed which was very welcome after trains, buses and hanging around airports all day! The possibility of coffee or tea on the first floor is a bonus for those who don’t have time for breakfast. A pity I had so little time to enjoy the hotel as I was off again in less than 12 hours!

I am not a great sleeper and am very sensitive to noise so I use earplugs in hotels usually. Luckily Monday night is generally quiet but there was a little street noise from the occasional motorbike passing.

Super nice, relaxing hotel! Great location on a main street with lots of bars/restaurants. Staff were great also. Spacious bathroom.

The only negative was that the hotel did not have AC like advertised, only heat. I’m assuming since it was November that the hotel has turned off the AC. Had to sleep with the windows open which meant it was noisy due to construction directly outside.
