We've traveled so many times with our little dog and this hotel is always our choice to stop in order to rest! Every year we drive from Germany to Portugal and then back, and this is the place we stay! it's directly on the way, comfortable, huge comfortable beds, clean, and most important, accepts dogs for a fair cost and we can leave our car inside of the parking lot as well, for a fair price! Never had problems regarding noises, despite the neighborhood is always full of young people, so the isolation is pretty good.

I just think that the hotel rooms should have a light on the roof and not only the side bed tables reading lights! The darkness is perfect to sleep, but when we need to wake-up really early to continue our drive, the light on the room is not enough to find our stuff!

Size of the rooms were really good. We had quite a lot great light entering it was pleasant. The staff was really welcoming and helpfull. Security of the entrance of the hotel was good. Had a nice time there.

They didn't had a iron and the city coming back at night you feel quite unsafe because there is no ligth and from the bus you need to go through a tunnel that feels unssafe too. But in car it should be good.

Bed was very comfy! The room was super clean. Also the staff were lovely. Bonus was that we were able to park our rental car at the front of the hotel for two nights. Unfortunately we wrapped some wet swimming shorts in a towel and the cleaner accidentally took this :( we weren’t able to get them back but the hotel staff were trying to be helpful and were apologetic nonetheless. The fridge was appreciated and the hot chocolates from the machine downstairs are delicious.

TV had limited channels and no options for English subtitles. No extra blankets to stay warmer when sleeping. Otherwise this place is great.

Everything was fantastic. They were working on improving the reception, but it did not affect the stay. They offered a free breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. We took our dog, absolutely no problem. There is a big supermarket over the road, luckily, as we had forgotten the EU to UK socket converter.

You need to get there before the restaurants around are busy. We were late so had to park in the secure parking, which cost.

Was very comfortable. Room was big enough and clean. Where also good sealed. Could not hear the road in front of the hotel. Was very happy with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids were very happy with the room. The bed was very big and comfortable.

Parking in front of the hotel is not enough spaces. But the hotel has it's own parking garage. I think it is € 8 per night. The shower could use a cleaning and renovation job. Breakfast was good but poor. Not enough stuff. The reception staff in the morning was helping everybody at the reception and also in the kitchen. They where very helpful but looked like they didn't got enough help in the kitchen. It was very could in the room. You could tern the air-conditioning out but not use only the air-conditioning blower or heather.

We were on our way to France, we spent only one day in San Sebastian and the hotel was perfect for us as it was just outside the city and a couple of km from France. There is BK, gas station, a supermarket around, even a carwash. It was great. The hotel is nice, has everything that we needed, no noise, very clean, we signed a paper commuting to not let the dogs on the bed, which I really liked doing and hoping the previous guest did the same. I would recommend this hotel

Mostly everything, if you just want to sleep for a night on a road trip. Very good value for money. Room ok, clean, a bit small with the sofa bed open. Bathroom ok. Staff ok. Parking garage cheap (7€) and with a Tesla Destination charger. Convenient location near a Carrefour and a Burger King (no tourist attractions, tho).

Sofa bed not the most comfortable, but ok for a night. One TV didn't work because of a damaged antenna cable. The app showed a lot of warnings trying to book the family suite (described for 2 adults+ 2 kids) being 2 adults + 2 kids. After acknowledging the warnings and sending a message to the staff everything worked.

Good space, pet friendly, free parking (not private), restaurants and large carrefour around the hotel. Good sound proof, clean, good bed, airconditioning, minifridge. In the lobby there was a free coffee machine. Kids were ok with the sofabed.

Layout was a bit weird. The sink was leaking. The stairs are open between the steps (cats could fall). Good hotel for short visit. No beds for 4 people.

We spent 2 nights on our way to Portugal. Fine hotel with nice bed and a very good shower. From my point of view perfect for a short stay to visit San Sebastian without breaking the bank.

Something to consider while traveling with a roofbox. There is an underground parking but we wouldn’t fit with a roofbox off course. The hotel is located near to a few restaurant which are well visited and makes finding a parking spot while traveling with a roofbox a bit difficult. No big issue but just something to consider.

The room was clean and spacious, while the staff's friendliness added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast, considering its value, offered a satisfying variety of options. Also, a complimentary parking was conveniently provided, alongside a compact vending machine right at the entrance.

While the hotel's proximity to the airport proved to be a convenient advantage, its location a mere 15 minutes from the center of Bilbao posed a slight inconvenience for me
