We enjoyed all the food we had on the premises. The location is Exellent, right by the bars with live music and only a short walk to the beach

We didn’t like the fact that people would leave their towels on the sunbeds early morning and would disappear for hours so nobody else can use the sunbeds. We like to use the sunbeds in the morning and then go out about lunchtime for the duration. So we couldn’t use the pool side which was a shame as every bed had a towel on and I love to swim. This shouldn’t be allowed.

1 bedroom apartment with sea view was lovely and comfortable very clean and all you needed for a holiday to rather just chill on the balcony or go up on to the roof terrace for a swim or a drink in the bar .staff were absolutely amazing could not do enough for us even had a lovely bottle of champagne delivered to our room and bed decorated in swans and red petals for our anniversary such a lovely surprise we was also here for valentines day a rose made out of sweets was left in our room with a card saying happy valentines day, reception area was all decorated with heart shaped balloon arch were you could have photos taken. Went up to the roof terrace bar quite a few times sitting watching out at the sea and just chilling is just perfect they do excellent cocktails lovely food and staff are amazing. Also on roof terrace is a pool not massive but was all we needed for our stay also over looking out to the sea . Everything we needed was right on our doorstep as they say supermarket for you essentials was 2 min walk open 24/7 all bars and restaurants across the road and a 5 min walk down to the beach and all the bars and shops along the sea front . Our room was cleaned and fresh towels 6 days a week the staff here are all amazing and can't do enough for you . Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing not to like

Absolutely everything from the moment we walked into reception and met Crespo who greeted us and checked us in, to our room, rooftop bar and pool and traditional Spanish aesthetics with picturesque views like something from a movie. This place has everything you need or want for a chilled holiday, basically perfect in every way.

Nothing, if I had to say something would only be to satisfy the review questions. The shower sometimes went intermittently cooler but considering the temperature was in the 30s I’m sure we’ll manage.

Beautiful views, excellent facilities, rooftop bar and pool, attentive and pleasant staff

Cleaning service was friendly but the priority was the room and not the guest needs. This meant that cleaning standards were high which was wonderful, but as it was every day, the frequency felt excessive and affected the quality and privacy of our stay if we did not lock the doors or open them on demand. As we went out every day the cleaning schedule could have been more transparent to opt in or out dependent on our service needs and requirements.

We booked a studio room and were delighted with the size, cleanliness and amenities - it had everything we needed and a great terrace area as well. Staff were absolutely lovely and even brought us a bottle of bubbly when they realized we were celebrating a special occasion. Pool, bar, garden and all hotel areas were clean and well maintained and we had very regular cleaning/towel changes throughout our stay. Location is great - right near la pepe shopping centre and loads of bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend.

Nothing - happy with everything

Our apartment was on a corner above a 24hr supermarket and restaurant to the side, so lots of noise. Sure if you had an apartment on the other side of the block it would be much quieter

Third time of visit to this Aparthotel and the welcome, facilities and cleanliness have remained consistently good on each Occasion .The staff are all very friendly from reception, the cocktail bar, pool staff and the cleaners all have a smile and clearly enjoy the interaction with guests. We arrived a little early before our room was ready but were allowed to change and leave our luggage in a secure room which allowed us to enjoy the facilities straight away.

Unfortunately we were unable to have a room on the upper floor that allows better views but this was the only disappointment.

Pool was clean and has lovely views of the sea. The gym was perfect for me and my partner to get our morning workout in before starting the day - plenty of equipment. Hotel staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was quiet and clean and there is a lovely restaurant right underneath which we ate at a couple of times. The staff in Sol bar are lovely and gave good recommendations of cocktails and smoothies. The food there is very reasonably priced and tasty!

Great location, convenient for everything, supermarkets and bus station and a short (10 min) walk to the sea front. The staff are very helpful, friendly and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well enough equipped for simple meals. We enjoyed the pool area and the heated swimming pool and glad of the free laundry facility and the gym. Small and friendly atmosphere.

Generally quiet, more residential area which was great apart from the loud music at night from the bar across the road. Not the fault of the hotel but recommend ear plugs for light sleepers. Room furnishings a little tired and could do with a refresh

Superb location! Compact and cute little apartment. We had 117, which was located on the ground floor just by the entrance to the hotel. Great bars/restaurants situated all around, a 5 min walk to the beach, lots of shops, including a 24hr shop right next to the hotel.

The two broke in the apartment when I turned it on. This was fixed straight away. Nothing else!
