The location, facility and cleanliness. The location is prime and perfectly central. The facility is basic but works perfectly well as an apartment. Everything and everywhere is clean. The male receptionist who lodged me in was fantastic and helpful. I will definitely recommend and use this place again and again.

I wished there was some sort of intercom in the rooms to communicate with the reception without having to come all the way down. The internet wasn't good on the 4th floor where I lodged. I had to rely on my mobile internet. The towels already need to be changed. They're clean but used out and badly faded.

Good location near all the high end store like Gucci and so. Close to metro. And if you like walking it’s easy to walk to all locations. Next to the mero there is a great breakfast spot called Le Pain Quotidien. Highly recommended. A tapas bar a 1 1/2 block called Tapas bar 29 Fanegas. You must go there. Excelente food great wine. Another restaurant close by is Penela restaurant.

My tv didn’t work but I didn’t mind because I was out all day and at dinner. In my last night I was blocked out of my room after 11 pm. Called the service and had to wait for 40 min for him to come and let me in my room. He was nice and kind.

The room has a lot of space and the bathroom is comfortable. The location is excellent and is a very safe neighborhood, very close to go shopping to Serrano.

The decoration was bland and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also the lobby isn’t very appealing to the eyes when you arrive, but is clean and in a good neighborhood. If you plan on being out all day then I’d perfect for you. Also the tv is very small and you can only see local channels.

The location was the best! Near everything, in a really nice area in Madrid. It was so nice to have different areas in the studio even though it was tiny.

The kitchenette was poorly equipped, lacking every utensils one needs to cook. The sink was stained. They only offered two beds and had no rooms with one bed atleast for the price we paid, this we knew in advance but it would be nice to have the option for getting rooms with a double bed for couples

For the price you pay you get a comfortable room, with a nice refurnished bathroom and little kitchen. It is clean and well located. The service is excelent. I forgot his name, but the man that does the evening shift was super nice and helpful. I needed multiple things, from and adapter to printing some stuff on paper, and he helped me so kindly. I felt taken care of at this place, this is priceless.

The staff. From cleaners to receptionists, very kind and lovely people always happy to help. The room. Based on previous reviews I was expecting our room walls to be “paper thin” but trust me when I say we didn’t hear a single noise coming from any room during our 5 days stay. Insulation is actually very solid if you compare it with the UK construction in general.

Lifts could be a bit small if you’re carrying luggage.

I love the place, I actually disagree with the rating is got, it was super cute, beatiful colours and decor,the room was super clean, water preassure was great, supermarket is near by, USA embassy is nearby, shops are 10 min walk from there, a restaurant under it, easy access, the only thing they should improve a bit is the way the recdeptionists talk to the guest, they should be friendlier, but I am defenitly staying here again.

It’s an apartment building. good enough to spend your days while you’re busy with your business. it has a kitchenette with heating plate, microwave oven, mini fridge and kitchenwares. I spent 13 days in a private room with a private bathroom. and it was a good as expected. the location is very good in C. Diego De Leon in the elegante district of Serrano close to IE university campus at C. Maria De Molina. many good restaurants and many other destination.

no tea water boiler. no acoustic insulation.You always hear your neighbours voices as if you are together.

We walked the road for an hour asking directions and every local we asked showed us the building across the road,even google maps!
