the location of the property was absolutely perfect! Walking distance of so many amazing sites, restaurants , cafes and much more. The hotel was spotless , smelt lovely and the rooms were lovely. The staff were so lovely and polite, happy to help with any questions or giving any recommendations. Would definitely go back to this hotel or recommend to family and friends if they were visiting the city.

What a lovely first impression: warm greetings from your staff, Lupu and warm, soft cookies were greatly appreciated as we had travelled in from Bilbao and did not have a proper breakfast prior. Fantastic location - quiet at the hotel for that homely respite but very accessible (within walking distance) to shopping belts and tourist spots, restaurants & bars. Newish hotel - we had two connecting King rooms that also came with a small common area with a main door that locks up both rooms. Great for our family of 4.

Breakfast was passable but not great. Price point is on the high side.

The staff are amazing. So helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and clean. Great decor. The location was fantastic.

I think for the cost, the room was actually quite small. For that price, the room should be bigger. Also there was one restaurant - Japanese. It would be great to have more variety of cusine, and especially good food options for vegetarians.

Staff welcomed our family with open arms as soon as we arrived. They also assisted us in finding a great local restaurant nearby and called them to ensure they were open and ready to best serve our family.

Wish I could've extended my vacation longer and continued to stay at the Doubletree hotel. Next time I am in Madrid I will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel.

Location excellent. Room was very comfortable if a little small. Bathroom very functional and roomy. Staff were super helpful, very efficient and friendly

Tea/coffee cups need to be bigger. No milk in room. No conditioner in dispenser. Struggled with AC controls

Excellent location close to all the main attractions and on a quiet street. Room was tastefully furnished and had an excellent shower, very comfortable bed. Helpful staff also made my stay memorable.

The warm welcome. Upon arrival we were handed a warm cookie 🍪. Staff was very friendly and helpful and location was great. The gym was basic but more than sufficient. All in all: Just perfect for what we needed.

Our first room had a very small bed and almost no natural light. We upgraded to a bigger room the 2nd night which was much bigger and had windows with natural light coming in. This made a huge different!

This experience was so overwhelming! the stay, the room, the calm colors and decoration of the room was magical! Im definatly coming back to this hotel, also, I have recommended this hotel to my all friends. I likeed the view, how tidy the room was, friendly staff, and mostly the great location

that I was leaving afterall.. it was the best stay for us.
