What an incredible way to spend our time in Madrid. My husband and I stayed for one night only but plan to return to this hotel for future visits to Madrid. The staff is welcoming, professional, and helpful. Special shoutout to Nuria in reception who helped us during check out. Truly, our whole experience is a reflection of Madrid culture. The area is conveniently located to metros and walking access to several museums and barrio Salamanca/Chamberi. The pool area is relaxing and has an incredible cityscape view of the Four Towers. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day and offered a variety of options. Rooms were comfortable and so clean!

Breakfast is excellent, everything's fresh and very very delicious. The variety is just perfect for me. Bed is comfortable. The table and chair in the room take too much space, but when you need to work they are a lifesaver. Lobby is also really good for working. Both stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent, both quiet (even during the Christmas season) and there are very very good places to eat nearby.

There is always some kind of noise. Either from the other (disrespectful) guests or the cleaning team that starts early. Never got a full sleep. But this is probably the same in every hotel. Staff are really being helpful. One problem is the door: it shuts automatically with a huge noise. This could be fixed in my opinion.

The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet. The hotel itself was quite lovely, with lots of places to sit and relax outside of the room, including a beautiful rooftop.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, but the quality of the food was pretty sub standard, and lots of hot foods cold by the time we arrived. While quiet, the location was a little far away (2-4km) from the main attractions, and during peak hour this could take 25-35 minutes in an Uber to travel. Not a major issue because we were on holiday, but important to note and plan for if you are visiting on a weekend.

1. The presence of a level of accommodation suggests a bar / cafe throughout the day - it is very convenient and allows you to have a snack without leaving the floor and when you don't want to go anywhere 2. There are several pillow options in the room, which is very important for our family

The metro is far away and it is difficult to get to the city center during various celebrations: buses that run nearby may change their route due to traffic jams or city closures

Very comfortable bed and room.

Temperature control did not work well. Some maintenance issues with shower and fridge.

Size of room, cleanliness, food & beverages at the restaurant, pool, staff in general was really kind and did a very good job. Room cleaning service was also amazing, they were kind and flexible, and left the room sparking clean every day. Unbeatable location in Serrano area.

Better A/C at room and in the aisles where the rooms are (all floors 1-7). Mattresses could be better.

Good size room for being centrally located in the city. Very comfortable bed, pillows, and shower. Excellent breakfast and close to bus stops.

The housekeeping comes very early. On the day of checkout, they opened the door before 8am while we were sleeping. And the day before they came around 9 when we were wanting to sleep in.

Overall was very good and I have minimal complaints. nitpicking at most.

I feel like my case is an isolated one in the sense of there was a medium humming noise every hour through the night constant and the room (715) whenever we left and came back would smell not very pleasant. We assumed drains and accepted it couldn’t be helped but just wasn’t very pleasant considering the entire hotel was immaculate.

Absolutely everything was amazing. The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, there is everything from croissant, pain du chocolate, freshly cooked egg your way, trays of cheeses and Iberian hams, fruits, churros, waffles, that is to say, everything and even more. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great just 1 minute walk from Serrano street and 10 minutes from Salamanca neighborhood. Impeccable.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with continental options, as well as traditional spanish tapas and dishes. Bus stops are very near and the city centre and other locations are easy to reach!

The window in our room was not closing properly all the time - doe tu the fact that we visited in December, it got very cold in the room (but the AC compensated for it). The bathroom had a weird smell all the time, probably coming from the pipes.
