Breakfast is excellent, everything's fresh and very very delicious. The variety is just perfect for me. Bed is comfortable. The table and chair in the room take too much space, but when you need to work they are a lifesaver. Lobby is also really good for working. Both stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent, both quiet (even during the Christmas season) and there are very very good places to eat nearby.

There is always some kind of noise. Either from the other (disrespectful) guests or the cleaning team that starts early. Never got a full sleep. But this is probably the same in every hotel. Staff are really being helpful. One problem is the door: it shuts automatically with a huge noise. This could be fixed in my opinion.

The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet. The hotel itself was quite lovely, with lots of places to sit and relax outside of the room, including a beautiful rooftop.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, but the quality of the food was pretty sub standard, and lots of hot foods cold by the time we arrived. While quiet, the location was a little far away (2-4km) from the main attractions, and during peak hour this could take 25-35 minutes in an Uber to travel. Not a major issue because we were on holiday, but important to note and plan for if you are visiting on a weekend.

Very comfortable bed and room.

Temperature control did not work well. Some maintenance issues with shower and fridge.

1. The presence of a level of accommodation suggests a bar / cafe throughout the day - it is very convenient and allows you to have a snack without leaving the floor and when you don't want to go anywhere 2. There are several pillow options in the room, which is very important for our family

The metro is far away and it is difficult to get to the city center during various celebrations: buses that run nearby may change their route due to traffic jams or city closures

Overall was very good and I have minimal complaints. nitpicking at most.

I feel like my case is an isolated one in the sense of there was a medium humming noise every hour through the night constant and the room (715) whenever we left and came back would smell not very pleasant. We assumed drains and accepted it couldn’t be helped but just wasn’t very pleasant considering the entire hotel was immaculate.

We booked the level and the level bar was amazing, the food was delicious, freshly baked bread at all hours of the day. The hotel was extremely clean, housekeeping very good. Loved the turndown service and the water put in the room twice a day. The aircon worked very well cooled the room down in the 40 degree heat rapidly. The location is great, everything is walkable we saw everything there was to see and didn't take a metro once. Its in between the high end shops of Madrid so lots of shopping to be done!

The level bar doesn't connect with the pool what is a shame. there is a wee gate you could go through and up the stairs but it's staff only. There is not enough shade to lie in there should be more or bigger umbrellas provided.

Absolutely everything was amazing. The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, there is everything from croissant, pain du chocolate, freshly cooked egg your way, trays of cheeses and Iberian hams, fruits, churros, waffles, that is to say, everything and even more. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great just 1 minute walk from Serrano street and 10 minutes from Salamanca neighborhood. Impeccable.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with continental options, as well as traditional spanish tapas and dishes. Bus stops are very near and the city centre and other locations are easy to reach!

The window in our room was not closing properly all the time - doe tu the fact that we visited in December, it got very cold in the room (but the AC compensated for it). The bathroom had a weird smell all the time, probably coming from the pipes.

Location was very good, a little far from the central area, but very neat and comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, it didn't feel like a hotel breakfast with the nice decor. Bed and bathroom was really good. Most important, we had to work for long hours and the lobby area was so nice, good wi-fi, nice atmosphere and very comfortable at the same time.

The doors of the rooms were designed to close by themselves, but they make a lot of noise. Turning to a collective noise during breakfast and late hours when everyone comes/goes. I also didn't like the window, it was high and hard to open. But very airy and light room.

The level lounge and the staff who are always so helpful. When bad smells were coming through my air conditioning they moved my room straight away with no problem. Breakfast is really varied and very good. The bed is always comfortable. The terrace has a lovely view.

The inside rooms on the Level Lounge floor aren't so great with no real windows, and the air conditioning had some bad smells - might want to get that looked at.
