This property met our expectations as a property to stay in for a city break. We like to spend as much time seeing the city so want somewhere that’s comfortable and with a great location. Location here was perfect! Also, it was very clean. Great bathroom facilities with a hairdryer and good shower. Also, what was most welcoming was the aircon as it was so hot so it was lovely to walk into the cool room. Not much interaction with staff but it wasn’t needed as we had everything we needed. Tea making facilities in the lobby so can make a brew to take up to room. We’re easily pleased and the room although basic was suitable for our needs to see the City.

It’s very small but it didn’t bother us. We just use rooms whilst in City break to freshen up and sleep. Much prefer our time spent exploring.

The location is great and the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. As an improvement, the pillows and bedsheets should be changed to better ones. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The good thing is that we went to the staff to ask for more pillows and they were extremely helpful and they provided more pillows. Also, another thing to take into consideration is that during winter it is kind of cold inside as the heating is made only using the AC. If you can’t sleep with the ac on, you’ll freeze. I think it is a good option during summer or if you don’t like a warm room. Overall, even if I said that, i still enjoyed my time here and it was a pleasure to stay in the city center.

It’s really close to downtown. It’s a little hotel to sleep ands that’s it. It’s clean and great location

You have to left the keys at the lobby every time you go out, so when we did the check in the gave us the wrong key of another room that was occupied

The bathroom is great, everything is very clean and the AC works well and quietly. The room was small but you've got enough space to move around. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The location is amazing, you've got everything you need around, great restaurants and shopping options.

There's no kettle or fridge or any kitchen stuff in the room. If you want to drink you can go downstairs to the lobby and get a cup of tea there, if you wanna buy some food you can't keep it in your room, I saw a fridge in the lobby as well but I haven't asked if you can keep your stuff there. It's not such a big deal, just a tad inconvenient.

First of all, the location of the hotel was great. The cleanliness was very good, the cleaning staff was very friendly. The bathroom of the room was renovated and very comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a very good hotel for the price.

The pillows in the room were not comfortable, and our necks hurt. We went in June, and the hotel elevator was incredibly hot and stuffy. There is no such problem in the rooms.

It was clean. Room needs to be painted a little here and there but is clean and everything works fine. Good shower, bad is fine, good air conditioning. The staff is friendly. If you are looking for something right in the heart of Madrid I believe this is a great choice. But the room itself is not worth more than 80,90 euros. The position does make the deal. For a short stay it is perfect as long as you don't pay more than 100 in my opinion.

Excellent location, very central and walkable to most places in the city centre. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as public transport. Comfortable room and bed, very happy for price paid.

Would have prefered breakfast in a restaurant location/room rather than a breakfast box (I hadn't realised this when I booked). However, the breakfast box exceeded my expectations, it was very well done with a lovely selection which was different on the second day to the first.

Location was just the best - you could walk anywhere and its in the middle of 3 tube stops. Room was very spacious and breakfast boxes were amazing. Endless coffee in reception!

Didn't like having to go to reception to collect breakfast box and the batteries had gone flat on the remote control but it still worked on the set

room was good, the hotel is old but everything is clean and the rooms are renovated. the location is GREAT AND AMAZING! close to everything: to primark, shopping centres, mcdonalds, everything. the staff is friendly.

you need to give the key to the staff every time you leave the room. the bathroom is old. but its clean. the elevator is super small.
