Very good breakfast, served between 7:30 and 10:30. It would be good to extend them to 11:00 am. The hôtel is very well located, it has the flavor of Madrid. My room (105) had a balcony overlooking the Place, where people of all ages gathered at different times of day and night. This was not a disturbance as the room was well isolated.

The hotel is in an old building, well refurbished. Unfortunately local regulations on old buildings prevent changing the disposition of the rooms and entrance. As a result, there is no real lobby where to sit, for instance to wait for a cab or meet someone. I pointed this out (which is not a big “minus”) and got the explanation on the restrictions set by the city.

Great location and easy to walk to the centre of Madrid and all of the sights, also only 1 minute from the Metro station. This is a character building and hotel, in a character young and vibrant district. The hotel has been updated well the rooms feel modern and clean with a great walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful , even those who only spoke Spanish. We took the option of bed, breakfast, which was good and had large selection to choose from, and dinner , which was good and good value with a choice of 2/3 items per the 3 courses and a glass of wine. Would recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone .

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area both for sightseeing and shopping. The bedding comfortable, and the rooms are functional, providing all you need for a good stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the coffee machine in the room, which made mornings so much easier. The breakfast was also excellent , with a great variety of options to suit different tastes, and the quality and flavors were good too. The staff were amazing—friendly, efficient, and always attentive to our needs. Their hospitality truly made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely like to stay here again!

The room was clean and quite spacious. The highlight though was the breakfast buffet, really worth staying here just for that. An abundance of food, fruits and pastries! Chueca neighborhood is very lively, there are a lot of things to do around the hotel if you don’t feel like moving too far for the night.

The interior design of the room wasn’t of my liking but it was clean, which is more important for me. Having said that, the room after 1 day had a really strong sewage smell. I don’t know if the hotel can actually do something about that.

Good location, right next to the metro station but also a lot is within walking distance. The hotel is renovated, rooms are spacious, shower itself is great. Breakfast is delicious.

Poor ventilation in the room, especially the bathroom which results in a high humidity in the whole room. Should really be solved. Also as a suggestion: we had 4 breakfasts (delicious): 3 same and the last one completely different which we loved. Maybe hotel could do variation in breakfast more often as then not all guests get a chance to try different food for breakfast.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a walk from Plaza Mayor. The breakfast is very good and have some different products every morning, which is good if you plan to stay longer. Rooms are clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Outside near the hotel are very good restaurants and terraces. You will enjoy your stay at this hotel.

If you get a room with windows facing the interior courtyard/terrace, is a bit loudly at night if people are outside.

It's in a quieter part of Madrid, which if you're traveling with family, or students, and don't necessarily want the noise of a constant party, it's perfect. It is a very safe and pleasant walk to Gran Via- the main shopping street in Madrid. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast area is beautiful, as are the sitting areas. The building is beautiful. The staff went above and beyond the whole time. We had several sick members of our group and they delivered cookies to our room. It was a wonderful experience.

The location is superb, just above bars and taverns, filled with bustling crowds and close to the main streets and shops. The rooms are facing inwards. So no views but also no noise at all (we got the top floor so maybe lower floors heard noise). The shower was great, super hot water all that you wanted. Overall we were very satisfied with our hotel pick

There is no nice view as the rooms face inwards to the hotel. The rooms are simple and functional. The safe works weird, you need to swipe a magnetic card (like credit card) but it doesn't work smoothly. We had to call reception twice but eventually it did work, kinda frustrating. The TV is mainly Spanish channels, except for CNN.

Hotel is beautiful and great location. Breakfast was very good :) the zone is great with bars and restaurants, everything is close walking and a metro station 2 minutes away.

The AC didn’t work properly and shut down in the middle of the night out of nowhere. Sleeping was very difficult in Madrid s summer.

The staff were very good all over the hotel, the reception, cleaners and kitchen staff all very accommodating. Great location in Madrid, can’t wait to come back. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve come across.

The access cards when they get close to a mobile break/ this is a common issue with such cards however these seem to be very sensitive. This can mean many trips to reception. Ideally a small investment would change these.
