My friend and I enjoyed staying in this large, comfortable, modern apartment. It’s located very close to metro stops, local supermarkets and restaurants, and one of the main shopping areas. The only downfall is that the building lift starts on the 1st floor, not the ground floor, which may not be suitable for all guests.

In the city centre of Madrid, close to the main points of tourist attraction (also restaurants, shops, and etc.). On the other hand, area was quiet enough to get good sleep. Small Carrefour supermarket just around the corner. Metro station within 5 minutes on foot. Budget-friendly. Easy check-in and check-out.

Bed frame in the bedroom was screaming every time I turned on my side. My partner was not happy about this, especially during the very early morning hours. Could not find some kitchen tools, but hosts offered to deliver them next day.

perfect location in the every heart of the city but in a very quiet street so no noise at all. The place is very clean and comfortable for the family of 4.

very few cups and mugs and only one glass :-) no hooks in the bathroom at all so nowhere to hung your towels. It is not possible to extend your stay even for one hour as they do not provide such services. Which is a great pity. Also, there is not place to store your luggage and you are left hanging with suitcases for hours.

The apartment has everything for living. Comfotable bed, enough space for a family with children. It is near metro station and the centre is in walking distance.

I didn't like the check in form - too many info to fill. I didn't like that at the last moment I received the codes for the building and the apartment - 3 codes, that didn't work when enetring and we had to enter each them 3 times. I didn't like that there is no option for a luggage storage in the buliding. There was no option for an earlier check in and no option for a later check out. At check out they send me another link for check out. So too many links, codes and so on. A month before there was a fraud attack from someone that had all the information about this booking - my names, the booking dates and my phone number and contact me through whats up to ask for a verification of my bank card. My email wasn't hacked so I have no idea where they had my personal data.

The apartment is in a really nice location close to many restaurants and bars and close to the main attractions. It was nicely equipped and also quiet (our was apartment 202 and it looked into an internal patio so, no noise from the street). We appreciated that we found extra towels and bed sheets in the room. The kitchen is also nicely equipped.

Two things we did not like: Our bed was extremely squeaky. The first night we kept waking each other up just from turning in a different position. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which was not the most comfortable. Also the floors were not clean, just a few minutes walking with socks only upon arrival, and they were all dirty.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable stay.

Having to use their website for the check in and communication when we booked through booking. It was annoying and clunky. Would be easier if they sent check in information through booking. They also had a cyber attack and data leak which makes you concerned about sharing your passport information.

Property is clean, has everything you need and is very well located (to Tribunal metro stop is a 5 minute walk).

The check-in is managed online so you don’t get that little flexibility that you could get in a hotel with a reception. If you get to the place a before check-in time you will have to wait until you receive the codes to enter (or ever just to leave your luggage). There is no place to store your luggages after you check-out; the service is offered through a partner for a (discounted) fee.

The suite was very spacious, and it was in an excellent location for getting easy access to the local sights as well as the ease to get from the Metro

All the appliances were great, however, while there was a QR code providing details for all the kitchen appliances it didn’t have details for the washing machine and I couldn’t work if the washer had a dryer function

This was slated for 5 people and was indeed comfortable for 5 people. Very clean. In a quiet street off the busy squares. Loved the balconies - each room had one. Kitchen was well equipped and apartment had everything to make it comfortable - iron, bed side lamps, balconies.

Nothing not to like. We couldn't use the dishwasher as there was a puddle of water in it but we only let them know the last day since we didn't really need it and they did respond and say they noted the problem.

Excellent location - it was on a lovely little street with lots of little food/drinks place. Right beside a shop to buy a few bits. Apartment was small but exactly what we needed and it was very clean.

The walls to the outside are paper thin so we could hear every person that walked by, every door being shut and unfortunately the building works that started every morning at 8am. Everything else was perfect so probably still would stay again.
