We had a larger family room which was very spacious and clean with a quiet location.The hotel wasn't too busy so there was no waiting for breakfast which was adequate for our stay.Liked that it had a fridge in the room.It was within an easy 5 minute walk to Barajas Metro so easy to get around.

There could of been more information about the surrounding area and which metro station were the best to go to to see the various attractions. No way to control the air conditioning as it did go chilly at night (February).They could of got more people to eat there if it was advertised better no deals to entice you to dine.Maybe a rewards scheme to encourage you to book direct.

- Clean and comfortable room with a huge bed and a TV, which has YouTube on it. - Friendly staff. - Good breakfast and the hotel's restaurant. - A metro station is within about a 5-10 minute walk.

- The wi-fi was good, but it doesn't support VPN, which might be important for those who work online. - The mobile app, which is advised for self-check-in, doesn't work properly. But you don't need it at all, in fact. There's an offline reception working 24 hours. And the staff is very friendly.

Location good, close to Metro and coffe places/restaurants etc. Also comfortably close to airport. Rooms a fair size and bed comfortable. Staff excellent. Hotel restaurant didn't impress but loads of good eateries close by. If you miss breakfast or want coffee etc outside the restaurant hours, there's a place just 100m down the Calle Timon towards Avenida de Logrono on the right hand side. For eating you have La Latina at the crossing of Calle Timon and Avenida Logono - good food and not expensive. aprox. 200m to the right of La Latina you find BLT which has an interesting eat what you can tapas concept and in between various bars and small restaurants. The star for us was Restaurant Deleite on Calle Algemesi 33 (parallel street to Timon): hole in the wall place with space for max 20 pple, but oh so good and very friendly service. Do reserve, especially for dinner. Pharmacies and supermarkets are also plentiful.

I have been to this hotel several times over the past decade, and it is beginning to look a little run down. Nothing serious and did't affect the overall comfort of the rooms. Restaurant and cafeteria opening hours are somewhat limited, but there are plenty of places close by.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to Madrid Barajas Airport and the secure basement parking facilities. The room was clean, with good shower pressure, good soundproofing, and came with a few complimentary drinks in the mini bar (we only had the water), a comfortable bed, and air conditioning. Dinner wasn't too bad but quite expensive. Breakfast the next morning was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were also quick to respond to emails, so this was a huge plus. We are happy to return.

There wasn't a kettle in the room, but we requested for a kettle from the reception, and were given one with two cups. The door to the room didn't lock properly. We had to play around with it to make sure it was securily locked. There weren't any slippers in the room.

I was searching for a hotel close to Madrid Barajas Airport when my usual picks were fully booked, and landed on TaCH Madrid Airport—about 1.2 mi from the terminals. Although it felt a bit farther on the map than some options, the streamlined access by taxi and the nearby bus and metro stops made it faster and more convenient for my early flight than properties closer to the runway. My room showcased a crisp, modern design with wooden floors, a large flat-screen TV, and plush bedding that struck the perfect balance between firmness and cushioning. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with quality toiletries and a powerful hairdryer—little details that go a long way when you’re on the road. All told, TaCH Madrid Airport exceeded my expectations on style, service, and logistics. It hit every mark for a quick, comfortable stay near the airport without feeling like a generic transit hotel. I’ll definitely book here again next time I’m passing through Madrid.

Great location as I needed to be near the airport. The staff was friendly and the facilities were what I was expecting based on other reviews and the photos. My reservation did not include breakfast but I decided to buy it, I thought it was worth it and great value for money (and it opens at 7 am!) I would return in the future and recommend it for solo travelers and people that prefer to stay close to the airport to avoid any problems with early flights.

As many hotel rooms, the coffee station did not seem very clean so I did not use it. I would love to find one that I feel I can use. Also, the sheets could've been better.

A good standard hotel. Very near to Madrid Barajas Airport Excellent buffet breakfast with so many choices. Well priced too Beds very comfortable Rooms well presented Area is boring and basic but convenient for Airport. Stayed here previously. STAFF!! When checking in it is very important to give ones guests a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Staff member who checked us in Seemed totally bored and not friendly 😐 This reflects badly on the hotel. 4* rating staff need better welcome training.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a 16 minute walk to a Metro station. And it is one Metro station away from the airport. There is parking under the hotel. The space in the parking is tight but that is par for the course in Europe. The water in the shower was very comfortably hot almost immediately. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

In our room { 204} the Wifi signal was weak and would go in and out There are also not many restaurants within walking distance Other than that, a great stay and will do again on the way out of Spain.

The location was excellent, offering quick access to the metro compared to other hotels near the airport. Some alternatives required taking a bus, making the journey to the city centre longer. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Madrid in the future.

The hotel was too crowded in the mornings, with guests waiting for available rooms. Additionally, the waitress in the breakfast room had a bad attitude.

I kept there for 1 night only. - The bedroom was very cozy, with the right temperature and the bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby; - Everything was very clean; - The location, for my needs, was very convenient. It took around 5 mins to get to the nearest metro station. I had to go to the city center and got there just by using the metro line (~40mins). Plus, in the following day, I had an early flight and it took me around 12 minutes to get to the airport.

- The breakfast could be improved. I felt there were not many options, plus some ingredients (like the eggs and beans) were cold; - In the bedroom, some furniture was already showing signs of aging, even though everything was working properly; - I guess I was lucky because I didn’t have many neighbors, however I got the feeling one would be hearing some noises from other rooms (thin walls).
