The location is can't be beat. Major tourist attractions are within walking distance, excellent restaurants, a grocery store and Gran Vía with its shopping district. The place was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. It was quiet, slthough on Friday we could hear some music from nearby clubs, jut it wasn't something that bothered us and it wasn't loud. The room was small, but we only used it to sleep sonit was just enough.

The bathroom was tiny. Like uncomfortably small. The space between the toilet and the wall was too small, so my knees almost touched the wall while sitting there (I'm very short. My husband is a big guy, so it was hell for him). I don't love a shower curtain, but I don't mind it either, but here, because of the small space and the direction of the shower, the curtain stuck to my body throughout my whole shower and it was not pleasant. The AC worked, but I don't know if the temperature control was broken, because it was always freezing cold (although I set it to 21 degrees Celsius) or turn it off. We enjoyed our stay anyways and again, the location blew our minds.

the location is great - very close to Gran Via. The internet connection was also great - so working from the room is possible.

The room (mine) was tiny, especially the bathroom. And in my room, there was no view, however, there were rooms with a good view of the city. Also in my room, there was no balcony, but other rooms had balconies. Overall, everything was not so bad as for the hostal, however, 400 euros for 2 nights are too much for such a level of service. Also don't recommend taking breakfasts - nothing to eat)

Lovely room, bigger than expected, very friendly staff and well located.

Poorly soundproofed/pretty loud - make sure to bring earplugs if you are sensitive with sounds/noises

I stayed just 2 nights and pretty much just slept in it, never stayed more than sleep hour. The room was weary small but cozy and nice. All clean and neat.

The pillow is a little hard and there is pretty much no natural light. There was only 1 small window that face the side of a building.

Great location - walking distance to Gran Via and there’s lots of shops, restaurants and cafes everywhere!

They don’t have a hair dryer in the bathroom, which I think should be basic. Some rooms (like the one I stayed in) are very small with a tiny window and desk, making it very uncomfortable to work

Property is better than hotels we have stayed in from the minute we entered the reception area the girl welcomed us so well. The room was spotless and quiet with comfortable beds and pillows highly recommend very close to all attractions including rooftop bars. Excellent value for money also.

Absolutely nothing

Defenately a “go back” place. Very nice receptionists the Hungarian Cristina and also Miguel. Very helpful with a lot of useful information. Our room was clean. I write this as we work in a 5* and 4* hotels in Denmark and we know how should a room look like. Thank you for your everyday service. The Hostel is in the middle of the city. Everythibg is close, so you don’t need to buy community cards. The airport bus (yellow 203) can get you to Vibeles which is 8-10 min walk (with luggage) away. Places for breakfast are super close. (la kama, la bicicleta) So don’t hesitate to book at this place. Thank you for having us and exceeding our expectations.

We can give 8stars because they need to invest into the soundproof of the rooms’ doors. As the cleaning service room was close to our room I always woke up because of the housekeepers at around 9:00 and other guests are also closing their rooms which is loud. If they fix this, we can give 10/10 stars.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and easy check-in. The room wasn't big, but for short stay is perfect. The streets were loud, but the windows were good enough. We were with the child and didn't have any trouble with the noise outside.

The bathroom is really small, it wasn't a problem for us, but if you are a bigger person it will be a thing.

The neighborhood is very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. There are a lot of bars and nightclubs around. Great if you join the party, but not as awesome if you have to work the next day.
