Loved the location, it’s so close to big sights of Madrid. The street is not busy but has everything you need: a small shop nearby to grab water and snacks, Starbucks and McDonald’s, many restaurants and cafés. I recommend Ginos across the road, their sangria lemonade is perfect. The hotel breakfast was generous, good selection of meat, various types of milks and fruit. Also a tip: splurge a bit and book a Deluxe room: it’s spacious and has better air conditioning than a regular one, which makes staying in hot summers way more enjoyable. Bathroom amenities are great. Modern showers, a good selection of products (soap, lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel) from a Spanish brand Mussvital. The staff is super helpful. I had a slight problem with my first room and they solved it upon request. They speak good English as well. Housekeeping is efficient. Overall, a great stay! If I travel to Madrid again, I’ll be staying at Vincci Centrum.

I loved the aroma every time I got in the lobby, the privacy, and the room arrangement, it was so comfortable and useful.

There was just one little thing, the body wash bottle emptied on the second day of our stay, I asked at the reception if it would be filled but never happened.

We could hear music in our room as from 8pm from surrounding events. Also we could hear all that was happening outside the room door very clearly, ie the cleaners at 7am, other guests talking.

Absolutely thrilled to share my experience at Vincci Centrum Hotel in Madrid! We booked this gem literally last minute, just two hours before arriving, after a disappointing first accommodation. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel instantly secure and cared for, turning what started as a stressful day into pure comfort. The hotel itself is a breath of fresh air. It’s light, bright, and modern with trendy design touches that give it such a stylish vibe. Our room was MASSIVE (seriously, one of the biggest I’ve ever stayed in across Europe), impeccably clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable, which was perfect for a restful night after busy days exploring the city. Location? Spot on. Just a couple of streets away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via, it was so easy to walk everywhere, saving us tons on taxis and letting us soak up Madrid’s vibrant energy at our own pace. For the price, this place is an absolute steal. I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. If you want comfort, style, convenience, and exceptional service, spend your money here. You won’t regret it. Staff are a solid 10/10, and with all these perks, Vincci Centrum is the perfect base for your Madrid adventure!

The people at Hotel Vincci were very helpful for anything that I asked them about--reservations, taxi, etc. My room was fantastic--the bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing and there was a desk that you could sit at and write or work on a computer. The breakfast was very good and had convenient vacation-type hours starting around 8:00 a.m. Also, even though the Vincci is practically in the middle of the City Center, it is on a more quiet street so it is a little less hectic than it can be in the City Center.

The hotel location is awesome, very well located on a quiet street, you can walk easily everywhere. Hotel is crystal clean, nice scent all around and staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and with lots of variety Ruth was very sweet and attentive taking our room service order too. Had a very pleasant experience on two Vincci hotels definitely will be coming back to them in future trips

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vincci Hotel in Madrid, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view of the city. The room also featured a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for both tourists and business travelers. It's situated in the heart of Madrid, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. I found it very convenient to walk to places like the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the Prado Museum. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, my stay at the Vincci Hotel Madrid was exceptional.

The hotel room windows are not soundproof, and the loud noise from the club across the street made my night very uncomfortable. The club itself wasn't noisy; it was the people standing outside that caused the disturbance.

I LOVED everything about my stay!. My room was wonderful and quiet. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, excellent disposition, accomodating and helpful. The location was ideal. I could walk to several main attractions and restaurants. There were many taxis passing by the street all the time in case I needed to take a cab. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was so nice! I especially loved the sauteed mushrooms which were offered like every other day. The cook even sauteed a medley of fresh vegetables for me at breakfast when he found out I was vegetarian. :).

I liked everything. Maybe a few more vegetarian options on your restaurant lunch and dinner menu would be a plus. I appreciated the fact that the restaurant had Tostada 0.0% beer as I do not drink but like the test of beer.

The breakfast buffet was excellent; I enjoyed it for nine days in a row. Everything was fresh, wholesome, and exactly what a buffet should be. The food also had a pleasantly organic taste. The location is absolutely ideal - one of the best in Madrid. It's close to a wide variety of restaurants and offers easy access to train stations. The hotel can also accommodate a late checkout, at a reasonable hourly fee.

Nice beds, ok breakfast, extremely professionel and pleasant employees, super location.

- Decor of rooms a bit gloomy. - Only bedside lamp is a free-hanging lightbulb without screen - which means that if you want to read a book in bed at night the whole room is lit up. - You have to sleep with closed windows as the busses and traffic makes a lot of noice during the night. But with the windows closed you can not hear the noice at all.
