Friendly staff. Small but clean room. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

Pretty, modern, clean room and bath room. Friendly employees. It was very nice that you could book a late check out!

- The bed was a bit too firm for our liking. And it would have been nice to have an optional blanket provided in the room since the airconditioning (although we LOVED it being there with 37 Celcius outside) seemed to have a life of it's own ;-) and sleeping under only a sheet was very cold. - It would have been nice to have dinner at the hotel, but the restaurant dit not have any vegan, or even vegetarian, options as far as we could tell from the menu.

I was pleased with my stay. The staff was nice during check in and the room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfy so we overslept which is good. I also like the restaurant and breakfast was nice too just what we needed. We asked to stay past the checkout and they let us stay a few more hours as we had to wait to leave to the train station. Nice decor and modern ambiance was very nice too.

I liked all. Breakfast could be bigger with more options.

The property was very clean and looked as if it had been remodeled recently. Staff members at the desk were particularly nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and the mattress was good quality. The little restaurant on site for breakfast was a plus.

Our room was a bit small but it had everything that we needed and the location of the property was good.

This was just what I needed to recover from the Camino de Santiago. Blackout curtains, interior patio (no noise whatsoever), right by the metro, cheap neighborhood restaurants, killer air conditioning, super comfy bed, tv… it’s not what everyone wants in Madrid but if you need to rest and you need to be close to the airport this is for you. The 200 bus stop for the airport is 10 minutes away. Great restful stay.

Spacious and comfortable room. The shower was in good shape,compared to other hotels in the area.

The room that was assigned to us wasn't ready, so we had to be relocated to another floor. As an apology, the hotel gave us one day of breakfast for two. The day before leaving, we received a letter stating that we exceeded the deposit with the room charges. We thought it would be automatically charged

Simple it was perfect. The location, a quiet and lovely neighborhood very close to Salamanca, and metro station. The elegant and modern decoration. The respectful staff, they even did an upgrade in my room. The size of the room makes me feel like home. The quality of breakfast buffet was beyond of regular hotel offers.

Good beds and everything that is needed for a short stay. Overall clean and appropriately equipped. Good location not all too far from the city centre and highway.

The door frame was too small so relatively much light came in from the hallway. I did not use the garage as it is not suited for bigger cars.

Very modern, minimalistic hotel. Smart, slick, comfortable. Superb bathroom. Very nice bar and restaurant. Safe secure parking under the hotel.

Location was in a much busier area then we had realised, not central Madrid, but definitely in the vicinity. It would be ideal for a city break, but we were passing though on-route south, so it was a lot of traffic both ways. The car park is built beneath the hotel and access to the lower floors is quite tight for a large SUV, a few 5 point turns to get round.
